We were greeted promptly and quickly seated (4 adults 1 child) but did not receive a kids' menu. Our server "K" (I'll refrain from using her full name in a public review) immediately warned us she was new and that management threw her to the wolves. We ordered our drinks (1 Yuengling, 2 Yuengling Flights, 1 well vodka with water and a splash of pineapple single tall, 1 water) and asked for a kids menu. Once our drinks arrived, we received 2 Yuenglings, 1 Flight and some type of mixed drink that was only 2/3rds full in the glass (obviously not correct). We were finally able to track "K" down to explain the error and request our correct drinks. The Flights were delivered and we discovered that the beer was spoiled (skunk beer). We had to find "K" to let her know that the beer was bad and we ordered 2 Micholob Ultras as our replacement and then we had to ask "K" twice to finally bring us a kids menu.
No manager ever stopped by the table to apologize about the spoiled beer, nor did they remove the 2 bad beers from our check. We ordered our entrees, and my wife asked to add jalapeños to her flat bread (like we have done several times before), but "K" was not sure if they could. "K" said that if they could not, she would put some on the side. Once our food came, there were no jalapeños on it or on the side. We asked "K" for the jalapeños and unfortunately, she forgot them, not once but twice.
We ordered dessert and asked for a Togo box. Dessert came but no Togo box. You guessed it "K" forgot the Togo box 2 more times. We asked for the check and a short time later "K" returned with it. We gave "K" 2 credit cards and asked her to split the check in half. Several minutes later "K" returned and said that she could not use her phone while working and that she did not have a calculator but she thinks the bill is about $75 a card and wanted us to check her math. I used my phone to divide the bill in half and gave her the total to charge each card.
Several more minutes went by until "K" returned with the credit cards and receipts to sign. While we were both filling out the receipts, we noticed that 'K" charged 1 card twice for the whole bill and did not split the charges. We had to go find "K" to explain to her that she messed up and only charged one card. Still, no manager in sight nor did one ever visit the table. Finally, a manager seemed to be assisting"K" at the POS terminal. 5 our so minutes went by and "K" returned, not with our corrected receipts but to ask us which of the two cards she double charged.
"K" went back to the POS terminal with the manager, and only God knows what they did, but the manager (she called him Juve) walked over handed us a receipt and said, I'll be back in a couple of minutes to help you with this, and that he had something else to tend to first. After waiting close to 15 minutes for our bill we left and we settled the bill ourselves. After checking with my bank, my card was initially charged with 3 different charges that night and then one final bill and that included the 2 beers we sent back.
Very disappointed in the management at this location and disappointed in the service and lack of management supervision and support given to their staff. I contacted the corporate office and they never responded to my email. I guess this is not important to them. I don't care how great the food is or how cold the beer is, not sure if I would go back (especially to the...
Read moreLet me start with if “0” were an option I would have given this establishment an “F” or “0”. On 9/4/2025 I placed an order for Spicy Thai boneless wings. The order was a “To Go” order. To my surprise my chicken order included shrimp in this order. I specifically asked of chicken. Having a shell Fish allergy this did not end well.
Today 9/5/2025 I went to speak to the Manager “Leann” who basically lacked customer service and empathy skills. Her explanation is the staff did make a mistake, but they’re human! This was very alarming because with someone making a mistake and saying they’re human, what if I could have died from this allergy explaining that the kitchen staff is human and mistakes happen is unacceptable. This “manager“ shrunk her shoulders and had a motionless stare back at me as I explained my situation and said so what do you want me to do?
With that type of reaction from the manager of the establishment tells me that I know no longer need to support this establishment. This is the second time this mistake has happened only to be told that they don’t have more than one fire so that means they’re using one fryer , which could potentially harm people with a shellfish allergy, an egg allergy, a nut allergy, or any other allergy for that matter.
I simply ask this individual to please coach her staff on not making careless mistakes, which can potentially harm the health of their patrons, her response was very lackluster, and I made it very clear to her that I will no longer support this establishment, I will also be filing a complaint with the health inspector, informing the media, and contacting their corporate office to let them know that they have unqualified individuals managing their establishments.
As somebody who is in leadership and as a people leader, I would have expected more from this individual, but clearly she doesn’t have the skill set nor the emotional IQ to handle complex situations as which I’ve experienced last night
And to be told that every time I need to place an order, I need to call a manager to place. My order is absurd. Your staff should be competent just as well as your kitchen should be competent enough to be able to follow directions and ensure that the safety of the patron is at the...

I stopped by Twin Peaks in Davie to watch Game 4 of the Stanley Cup Finals (Florida Panthers vs. Edmonton Oilers), and it ended up being the perfect spot for game night. The place was packed with fans, but the energy was great and the food held its own.
To start, my boyfriend ordered a bottle of Josh Rosé, which had a crisp and refreshing taste with hints of strawberry and citrus. A great choice for a warm Florida night. I went with the Mango Margarita made with Don Julio Blanco, Naranja Liqueur, lime juice, spicy mango, and a Tajín rim. I added strawberry to mine, and it was absolutely delicious—tropical, tangy, a little spicy, and perfectly sweet. That Tajín rim added the perfect zesty kick.
For an appetizer, I tried the Chipotle Queso & Chips. It looked great, but taste-wise, it leaned more toward classic nacho cheese than chipotle – it lacked the smoky depth I was hoping for. Definitely mid.
My boyfriend ordered the Backyard BBQ Brisket Flatbread, and it was hands down the star of the night. The brisket was smoky and tender, the mix of cheeses worked perfectly, and the BBQ drizzle brought it all together – a must-try! I kept it simple with the chicken tenders and fries, which were solid and hit the spot.
Even though the service was a little slow (understandably, with the game crowd), our server Nina was amazing. Super sweet, attentive, and made sure we were well taken care of throughout the night.
I’ll definitely be coming back to this location to try more of the menu – especially if there’s another game on. Twin Peaks Davie is now my go-to game...
