I'm just going to run a list of what's wrong with this location. Slow moving extremely long line. This is a permanent culture at this location. Despite there being almost a dozen young employees running around. There always appears to be no leadership. Cleanliness - This is a big one. Always looks like a bomb went off in the kitchen area. Used boxes, food scraps every where, the pizza dough they were pulling out to make fresh pizzas that were stacked on the rack all had black what appeared to be char that the person doing the 1st step of the pizza making process would attempt to pick out but gave up after 2 attempts. The floors looked extremely sticky, dough would be sticking to the employees shoes. There were a few times where we witnessed employees wiping the bottoms of their shoes on their pant legs in attempt to remove what was stuck. One time we saw dough actually fly off one employees shoes. Customer service - Employees all look beat and flustered. Some do not make eye contact and look like they are just trying to make it through the day. Others are too busy having conversations with other employees rather than focusing on the task at hand. I'm not saying that they can't have fun or interact with each other but when you're basically on hold so the employees can finish they're conversation before returning back to their work, that's a little much but that goes back to the leadership thing. This one goes back to number 1. I went to this location with my family February 2nd. I feared what the food would taste like or do to us due to the above listed but we had already braved the 45 minute wait that by the time we were ordering we just followed through. We sat outside to eat and I was the only one to use parmesan cheese that was outside on the table. After we left approximately 30 minutes after I began to get body aches and chills. These symptoms worstened as time went on. I ended up with a fever of 102 for the majority of the night. Spent the entire night in pain and in the bathroom. Following morning I felt better which leads me to believe I got some form of food poisoning. 100% my family and I will never return to this or any other establishment that wears the this name on the front of it's building.

Read moreI ordered a Build Your Own Large Pizza for Dinner along with their Fast Fired Meatballs as an add-on to take advantage of a promotional offer from this restaurant Wednesday, May 15th via Uber Eats (UE). By taking the special offer, I spent more on the order than I had originally planned to by the cost of the meatballs of $8.49.
I had specifically requested utensils & napkins as I don't have any at the lodging where I'm staying at & needed the Utensils in order to try the meatballs. I also requested Shredded Parmesan Cheese on the build your own large pizza as one of the menu items in the app. However, I didn't receive that and had to wait until the next day to eat the meatballs after I had gotten some utensils from downstairs. Luckily, I had found some napkins in my backpack that I had saved several days ago to use. The items were also NOT sealed as typical of most restaurants that do for UE Orders.
Notwithstanding this, I did receive everything else on the order. (NOTE: This is the 1st of 2 UE Orders from the local area that I didn't receive what was ordered specifically Utensils). Their Delivery Rcpt for the meal showed it as Carry-out instead of Delivery. A quick check of their menu online demonstrated that I had paid about $4 over & above their typical price excluding tax & delivery driver tips. Perhaps these oversights, ensuing inconvenience & brand let down misplaces the value of a customer paying such a premium for their food -- much less paying extra to try a new item.
Nevertheless, the missing Utensils happening twice on local area Uber Eats Orders suggests a trend worth calling attention to.
The food came quickly. The Pizza was tasty. The Meatballs was alright. But I wouldn't pay $8.49 for it -- there's a price/taste/quality mismatch. I'd pay something more like $4 for this item.
My experience on this order from this brand was a big let down giving me pause on any potential future orders from this brand after Not patronizing the company for...
Read moreOur family was there last week and the service was not great…we all felt rushed, so rushed that one of our pizzas was put in the oven before we could even finished saying what we wanted. Got towards the end after paying for our pizzas and the girl who was slicing our pizzas up was rude as all get out and throwing the utensils in the holding cups was forced that it was obvious she did NOT want to be there, she kept asking someone (manager, I’m not sure) what else she needs to do before she clocks out…and my daughter I guess “interrupt” her cutting skills and she quickly told her to “wait! She has other pizzas in front of her” but all my daughter wanted to ask if they could put her pizza in the oven a few minutes longer as she like her crust crispy (something she has always asked with no problem)…so by the time the girl got to my daughters pizza she started slicing and again my daughter asked her to wait and if she could put it in the oven for a couple more minutes and the girl Rudely came back with “Well you didn’t tell me this before I started slicing” and was SOOOO inconvenienced just by her body language, speaking voice and attitude and once again throwing the pizza cutter against the glass where they store the utensils. I even told her to “be nice” as she continued to be rude and inconsiderate. And what was even surprised me more was the guy standing next to her placing pizzas in and out of the oven said “she ain’t even worth it” as he apologized (I’m guessing for her actions) and was shaking his head. Great pizzas but the staff needs to learn customers service, in all aspects of that line we are rushed through!! Never again will we go to that...
