To be honest, I was extremely excited to go here due to how it looks online. When i got here, i was dissatisfied and disappointed.
To begin, the place was ovee crowded as the place is small. When I walked in to pay, a family was hanging around the front where the shoes area is talking ao loud i could barely hear the employee. I tried putting my shoes in the cubicle area and I couldn’t. The family members were sitting ontop of it and were in the way. There is an issue with lack of space. There is no proper area for parents to hang out and talk. Which leads to my next point, the playpin ball area was surrounded by parents sitting down on it. This was annoying, kids have limited access with adults being in the way. I was trying to take a picture of my child and I couldn’t due to people sitting all around the edges of the ballpit. Shoes were laying everywhere. This to me was nasty. My child was playing around peoples shoes that smelled and were very dirty. A boy that was already too big to be in the ball pit kept hitting the smaller girls. I heard a mom tell him to stop hitting her daughter. Then he went onto being aggressive with my child. I had to call his attention.. with this mother right there… this was all happening at the ballpit which is right next where the employee sits to charge. Theres no way she did not see shoes everywhere, a child hitting others and families not acting adequately. My daughter went to play with the kitchen in the back area where the books are at. It was very messy. Pieces where all over the place and it was stressful trying to organize that toy area so my child can play properly.
To top it off, right when i was about to leave because ive had enough, i go to the shoe area. I see my shoes were out of the cubicle that I had put my shoes in and my shoes were drown on the floor. I that same cubicle my mothers shoes were in there. Whoever threw my shoes on the floor they took it upon themselves to put his flithy shoes in MY cubicle ontop of my moms shoes. At this point i had enough! Why is the worker not paying attention? When i . Mentioned to her about the hitting child, she advised me she didnt know what happened.
I requested a refund i was ready to go. My refund couldn’t be done because the owner was there. She tried to be nice about it until she mentioned these things with me. We cant control the actions of others and we are not responsible for your items.
Hold uppo now, if kids are being hit in your facility it is your responsibility. At no point did i make it seem like my belongings should be watched, but dont allow people to act continuosly to sabatoge your other clients.again, Lack of space for parents! Needs improvement. People should be asked to leave if kids are hitting others not letting them enjoy , it continued for hours. I dont know in what right mind did that man throwing my belongings on the floor. But if there is no reason why the staff knew it and did not address it. Save your...
Read moreI was pretty excited to try this place out after reading the reviews and unfortunately just wasn’t impressed. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by the young lady at the front desk who looked like she hated every second of her being there. I told her it was our first time there and thought surely she’d get up and maybe show us around or something. That didn’t happen. The area for your belongings is tiny and I had to place my purse and everything on the floor and hope no one would step on it. The place definitely looks much bigger in the pics than it actually is. My daughter loved the ball pit and the two big slides but besides that, there’s really nothing else to entertain a toddler. Most of the toys were broken and just thrown around which is a huge pet peeve of mine. Typically indoor playgrounds have signs asking parents to pick up after their kids and I didn’t see any here so of course no one was picking up after themselves. There were younger kids walking around completely drooling all over the toys, like slobbering and then placing them wherever and picking up new ones to slobber all over. I get it, that’s what babies do, but for the love of glob at least some wipes would be helpful because my daughter picked up countless toys that were all wet and gross. The reading area was especially pitiful with some dirty foam chairs on the floor that had questionable stains and instead of kids, there were parents there eating all sorts of stuff with crumbs everywhere. The girl at the front desk likely had no clue since she was way too busy on the phone. Overall for the amount of money I paid, I definitely expected something better. This place is like a last resort type a...
Read moreI recently had the opportunity to visit this indoor playground and I must say, it was a great experience for both my son and me. The playground was designed with safety in mind, and I felt comfortable letting my little one crawl and explore freely.
The play area was filled with a variety of age-appropriate toys and activities, including soft play mats, colorful balls, and a small slide. There were also interactive toys and games that encouraged cognitive development and sensory exploration.
What I appreciated most about the indoor playground was the cleanliness and attention to hygiene. The staff regularly sanitized the equipment and toys, which gave me peace of mind knowing that my son was playing in a safe and healthy environment.
The staff at the indoor playground were also very friendly and accommodating, and they made sure that my son and I were comfortable and enjoying ourselves. They were always available to answer any questions and offer helpful suggestions for activities that my son might enjoy.
Overall, I would highly recommend this indoor playground to any parent with a young child. It provided a safe, clean, and fun environment for my son to play and explore, and we both enjoyed our time...
