Super fun experience! I always wanted to try axe throwing and today was the day. My fiancé and I are super competitive and we enjoyed the afternoon together playing 21 and another game by throwing axes, Chinese stars, and ace of spades. We decided to shoot the paintball guns as well which was another first for me and I really liked knocking the bottles over and busting the plates with the paintballs. They have free access to the ping pong, pool table, arcade games, and some board games as well. I loved playing ping pong and one of my favorite old school arcade game, The Simpsons. Very chill atmosphere to hang out and have some fun. It would be awesome to bring a group of people for a birthday party or corporate event.

The axe hole house is a great place to learn how to throw all kinds of throwing weapons, including axes, hatchets, tomahawks, knives, throwing stars, and even steel playing cards. It’s priced lower than a lot of places and has a lot to do besides throwing axes including a pool table, ping pong table, darts, and games. For added charge there is shoot stuff with paint balls. Try popping a balloon by throwing a knife or axe. Update - 3/25 Here is almost all the weapons you can possibly throw. Axes, double bladed axes, throwing hawks, throwing stars, throwing cards, spikes, 6, 8, 10, 12 and 14 inch throwing knives.

Awesome place. We had the place to ourselves. Great team! Adam helped me get everything arranged with details to help ease the process and welcomed us like family. Vanessa is the BEST staff member and life of the party. Instructions were friendly and funny. Even those in our group that were a bit anxious enjoyed themselves and participated in the fun. We got the party room which was perfect for our 40th birthday celebration. We had a phenomenal time. We will definitely come back. Oh and Vanessa has the BEST coffee in Broward! Thank you Axe Hole House for making our experience better than ever expected.

I never write reviews, but only when I feel it’s necessary. Showed up today to my 4pm appointment at 3:30pm, i always show up early.

The gentleman working the front desk was kind, and informed me the room was not ready yet because of how early I arrived. He asks me to fill out the waiver and mentioned if I had an extra set of clothes because I was wearing a t shirt and shorts. If I didn’t have long pants or sleeves, I would need to rent a $10 “ jump suit”. I told him I wasn’t going to pay the $10 and I said I’ll cancel and just leave. He called his manager, a female, who was also very kind in the beginning of the conversation. After I told her that no where on my reservation did it mention anything about a specific attire, she begins to talk over me saying it’s posted all over the website and that she texts everyone with a reminder about the required attire. After I told her I didn’t receive anything , she goes to check if she had sent me something, when she realized I didn’t even have an appointment for the break room. I had an appointment for axe throwing, and paintball. Without apologizing she immediately realizes she made a mistake and asked to speak with her employee again.

As I mentioned, I don’t care about leaving reviews, but she pissed me off. I paid $100 for one hour of paintball/ axe throwing.

Paintball target shooting lasted maybe 5 minutes tops, it’s not a timed event, they fill half a hopper full of paintballs and you shoot at cups, plates, bottles. It was a really good time, unfortunately lasted just a few minutes with how little amount of paintballs you are provided. The gentleman helping us with the paintball portion was also kind and respectful.

After finishing paintball, we went to axe throwing which is timed at 30 minutes. When it should be timed at the remainder of hour I paid for. Especially for a place that was empty and no one is waiting on our axe throwing bay. I was in and out of this place in 50 minutes total. I will never be returning to this place. This was my second time being here, because of how fun the first visit was and the concept of how many...

The head person Adam was not a pleasant person to deal with. To elaborate my experience, I was with a group of friends and while he listed off everyone else’s names, it felt like my name was purposely skipped. And it’s not a difficult name to pronounce but all Adam had to do at the bare minimum was atleast ask me how I would say my name or joke along the lines of “I apologize if I say this name incorrectly”. Instead in a deadpan attitude, he told me to go score points first at the axe throwing area and then meet back with him. That part really bothered me because it is basic politeness that costed zero effort but I suppose he rather invest more into his frown. I already had another session booked with my family the day after but I prefer to look elsewhere for a fun time than risk harming my peace again with the same person. After the session when it was time to leave and after I cancelled/refunded the next session, I politely told Adam that it was very rude the way he interacted me. Instead of a simple apology which would have salvaged the evening, he instead told me and my friends off that we were too sensitive. Which is very funny because Adam was being more overtly aggressive and angrier than me when I was imply standing up for myself. It feels hypocritical calling me sensitive with such harsh tones when it got to where his wife told him to walk off so I know who lost the argument here. Unlike him, his wife, whom I sincerely apologize to for not getting her name, was great to work with as I had an easier time learning from her than from him. She was great at also deescalating the situation. But man, for a business meant to be a catharsis for rage, it sure felt like Adam needed it the most of all people. To also top it off, the restroom was not the most pristine, especially the stained toilet seats and odor before I went inside to use it. My takeaway here that it’s okay to be sensitive but it’s not okay to bend backwards to...

Horrible customer service from the start…. I believe the activities are worth doing but horrible customer service can ruin a great experience. First thing first we arrived earlier than our scheduled time being that we are not from the area. We wanted to see if they would be able to take us 45 min earlier than scheduled. Stephanie explained to us that there was a private party and that she would not be able to get us in until that session was complete. We filled out the waiver in the meantime and sat in the lobby. She came back and said “yall are going to sit in my lobby for 45 min? Yall can come back at 8pm. We will see yall then.” I walked back into the place to have a conversation with her and explained that I felt she could’ve worded that better. You have a lobby for people to sit in and you made us feel as if we were not welcomed. Her response yeah well I already explained we have a private party. I explained you said it’s a private party not that customers can’t access the building and wait in the lobby until their scheduled time. Her response ok thanks for the lecture. Instead of apologizing for offending her customers or simply explaining she didn’t mean it in that way she was very nonchalant and responded with a smart remark. Instead of acting out ignorantly I chose to be the bigger person and allow my family to enjoy the activities that they were excited about doing. Customer service was much better from the other staff. Everyone have bad days but sheesh lady don’t get in a business dealing with people if you can’t be professional with them especially when they’re not being rude to...
