So I recently came to this location to order a four mini meal I placed my order at the speaker box. It wasn’t until I got in line that this unprofessional person approached me and demanded I pay on the tablet gave me real suspicious vibes being that we are in a scammer state. I politely told her that I would pay at the register. She proceeded to say no I will pay here. We’re taking payments here on a tablet, I rolled up my window to ignore her She made a comment I could care less about she ran to the front window to explain her situation before I had gotten a chance to, and so the manager Shelby already had her tablet in her hand, standing there, trying to force me to pay on a tablet, and her stance was as if she was security for Chick-fil-A club. I kindly told her I do not want to pay on a tablet. I would like to pay at the register. She stated the register at the window is down OK well what about the front counter the front counter registers are for the front counter. OK, no problem. I told her drove off parked my car came inside mind you a whole five minutes have passed by before I could get to the register and place my order with a separate individual here she comes running throws, bag, and coffee down as if I’m supposed to pay for cold food I told her I don’t want that that’s cold. They’re gonna have to remake it. She was like we’re not remaking anything and I’m like OK well, I’ll just order her something else. She was like at this point we’re not gonna be taking your order. OK that’s fine. no worries her management skills are disgusting. I never not refused to pay but I wasn’t paying for food that was sitting around while people spat around it! Her refusing to accept payment so that the establishment can continue running baffles me. I’ll be back and I will do the same thing again. I think the manager needs to be an entry level employee with the same individual who demanded I pay on the tablet. Possibly some training as well on customer service because if I had video chick fil a would have not been happy with her biracial...
Read moreExtremely upsetting experience at this place. I went in to pick up a catering order, walked up to the register where it says pickup orders. No one acknowledges you, they walked pass you and no one says anything. I stood there for some minutes by this time someone else was behind me in line. As two members approached the register one asked me if I could move and asked the person behinds me "how can they help them"...... my face most had shown how confused and upset I was that the other employee asked if they could help me and told the other employee to go. About 10 minutes later she brings my order, I checked and there was no napkins, plates or cutlery as requested when I place the order over the phone. I asked her and she told me they no longer provide that for small order... her words "we only provide those if it's a big, big catering order." (not sure what a big, big order should be) I showed her the emailed confirmation where it says they will provide these items for 10 guests. She basically told me that just a comment on the order. And I told her, notes/comments thay were put on the order request by a team member from here. She when ahead to basically telling me "goodbye pleasure serving you" in a very annoying way. What a disappointment on this restaurant. Please see the pictures, I didn't even get any napkins and they way I was treated was extremely disrespectful. Now my question is why? Why would I get asked to move from a line and not asked how can I be helped. Why would my catering order not get even napkins! Why did these employees had this disinterested attitude towards me...FYI: After I got in my car, I decided to call the restaurant and ask to speak with a manager, got voice-mail and still waiting for...
Read moreI had the unfortunate experience of eating at this Chick-fil-A location, and I feel compelled to share what happened in hopes that it prevents someone else from going through the same thing.
I ordered the original Chick-fil-A sandwich—something I’ve had many times at other locations without any issue. However, what I was served here was completely unacceptable. The sandwich was extremely hard and clearly stale. It didn’t take more than one bite to realize something was wrong, but unfortunately, by that time, the damage was already done. The breading and chicken were so tough that it actually caused me to crack a tooth. I’m now dealing with the pain and inconvenience of needing to see a dentist because of a meal that should have never been served in the first place.
There’s absolutely no excuse for food to be handed to customers in that condition. It shows a serious lack of quality control and care for customer safety. Beyond the physical pain, I’m also left with frustration and unexpected expenses from a visit to a fast-food restaurant that I previously trusted.
I’ve always associated Chick-fil-A with high standards, good service, and fresh food, but this experience has completely changed my perception. I won’t be returning to this location, and I hope management takes a serious look at what’s going on in the kitchen. No one should walk away from a meal needing...
