Iād usually say I love to shop here for my grocery but I have been berated by the staff member in the meat department multiple times now. Spice bazaar closes at 9 pm so you would expect the meat department to be open and operating till 9pm as well, especially if the employee is there. Last time I came to purchase poultry at 7:30, the guy working gave me a death stare and told me to wait because heās cleaning so I waited. I then stood there for about 5 minutes and he came to give me the one pack of prepackaged meat I came for from the glass showcase. He gave a ton of attitude and gave me the most sinister stare and didnāt say anything else. Today I went in at 8pm and went to the meat section and stood there for about 10 minutes while watching the same guy cleaning up in the back, looking back at us giving us the same evil stare every couple of minutes, not saying anything. Then came and charged at my sister saying ālast time you came I told you we close at 7:30ā with so much attitude. Also, he never said they close at 7:30 and insisted he did. Then continued to argue with us for coming after 7:30 And asking for meat that was literally ready and packaged in the counter. The manager then came to diffuse the situation but that classless guy in the back couldnāt bother to just inform us without giving us threatening stares. Not even a single apology. And he acted that way in front of the manager. Avoid...

If I could give this store below 0 stars, I would. Two weeks ago, I visited Spice Bazaar to do a large grocery shopping trip, expecting high-quality products at reasonable prices. Unfortunately, my experience was anything but satisfactory. The chicken and beef on sale were spoiled and rotten, which is completely unacceptable for any grocery store. I was appalled by the lack of care in stocking these items, and it made me question the overall hygiene and standards of the store.
Today, I returned to the store to address the issue, bringing the unwell-made ground meat with me, hoping to return it and resolve the situation. To my surprise and disappointment, the store staff refused to take it back, showing a complete lack of customer service and responsibility. As a result, we decided to leave not only the spoiled meat but the entire cart of groceries behind, as we were planning to spend another $200-$300.
The staff were unhelpful, and the store management clearly lacks proper business acumen. This experience has left me extremely frustrated and dissatisfied. I will not be returning to Spice Bazaar again, and I highly advise others to reconsider shopping here as well. The lack of quality control, poor customer service, and disrespectful management make it clear that they do not prioritize their customers or maintain any standard of...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThe WORST Indian store to open in South Florida!!! DO NOT BUY THE ANGUR BRAND ESPECIALLY THE MOONG DAL!!!! Very inconsiderate staff and items are just HORRIBLE with a DISGUSTING SMELL in the lentils. When you open the packet, there is a foul smell that comes out of the bag and when I asked to exchange this item, they gave me such a hard time and a nasty attitude in doing so. I had bought several packets and as a returning customer, the least they could have done was exchange the lentils without an issue. I had opened one packet for them to realize the smell and they did NOT give me the money back for it or even let me exchange that item. THEY KEPT THE PACKET AND THE MONEY THAT I SPENT ON THAT NASTY BRAND. Instead, the staff was rude and useless in helping a customer that comes every so often. I will NEVER go to this store again who does not care about their customers and doing business the right way. Our own desi community does not help their own people. SHAME ON THIS STORE AND THE STAFF for not caring about their customers and stealing...
