This was my first experience below! My most recent experience is in the second paragraph. Absolutely THE BEST SERVICE! The Food was exceptional! Excellent for dinning inside or out. You won’t be disappointed. I totally fell in love with the booths inside. Spacious! Could seat 10 people easily in a booth. Great decor. Friendly attentive wait staff. As a Server Trainer I pay close attention to every little detail. It’s important to be aware of your guest needs at all times, and they did just that. Kudos for such awesome Team Work! Very reasonably priced. 5 Stars across the board. Most Recent! May 17, I visited with my best friend. I’ve had wonderful experiences up until today! I started not to share this, But I think it’s extremely important for all Businesses to understand that service is an integral part of the dinning experience, as well as the presentation of the food and so on. Today, the waiter decided to bring bread to the table that was burnt. When I mentioned it, He took it very personal and told me that I should just eat it, and that he would bring a fresh one with our meal. I was confused as to why I was having a debate over what I’m paying for. He then continued to come to the table to ask when I was going to eat it, since I made a point of complaining. First and foremost, multiple things took place that were wrong in that equation. For starters the actual back of house and management should ensure that all servers understand the measure of pride and integrity that should be reflected in the service to ALL customers. I’m disappointed. Lastly we never received water refills and was not asked if we wanted to place an order for anything else. After the initial person who sat us distributed water. The air wasn’t on when we first arrived. So I was uncomfortable until it finally came on minutes prior to us leaving. I will leave the above review, as it reflects the service standard that SHOULD but wasn’t given!

Our dining experience at Malek Al-Kabob Dearborn was nothing short of spectacular! We ordered both the Lamb Galabha and Beef Galabha, and they were simply outstanding. The lamb chops were perfectly grilled, delivering a smoky and charred exterior with a juicy, tender interior. Seasoned with just the right amount of spices, the flavors of the lamb shone through beautifully. Served on a bed of fragrant rice, with caramelized onions and grilled vegetables, the dish was not only flavorful but also well-balanced in textures and taste. The Lamb Galabha was tender, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. The lamb pieces were beautifully seared, locking in all the juices and spices. The medley of sautéed vegetables added a delightful crunch and freshness to the dish, and the rice served alongside was fragrant and perfectly seasoned, complementing the lamb wonderfully. The Beef Galabha was equally delicious. The beef was cooked to perfection, tender yet juicy, and packed with rich flavors. The combination of caramelized onions, bell peppers, and a variety of spices created a dish that was bursting with bold and hearty flavors. It paired excellently with the fluffy rice, creating a balanced and satisfying meal. The mixed kabob platter was a meat lover’s dream. It included juicy beef kabobs, succulent chicken kabobs, and tender chunks of lamb, each seasoned to perfection. The meats were tender, flavorful, and cooked to the ideal doneness. The grilled vegetables, including zucchini, squash, and bell peppers, added a vibrant touch of freshness to the hearty meats. It’s a dish that’s perfect for sharing or indulging solo. The portion sizes were generous, and the presentation was beautiful, showcasing the vibrant colors of the fresh vegetables and perfectly cooked meats. Every bite was a testament to the quality and care put into the preparation of these dishes.

Update: I just had to hop back here and share my Valentine's Day experience at Malek Al-kabob. We were lucky enough to have Ben again as our server and he did not disappoint. Everything was served in a timely manner even though it was busy. The servers and manager were all dressed in pink or red for Valentines Day, and I appreciated that detail. Their Valentines special was so well thought out and the perfect dinner for 2. Will definitely be back for special dinners like this. Previous review: I called as soon as I heard they were having their soft opening and placed a reservation for that Saturday for my daughter's 1st birthday dinner for about 20 guests. They informed me that they have an area with a privacy curtain in the center of the restaurant. At first I was nervous but when I showed up 30 mins before my guests, I was stunned! It was absolutely the cutest curtained pergola style dining area. Every single employee, from the manager to the cooks to the servers (ours was Ben & he did great!) were so accommodating and hospitable. We felt so comfortable and welcomed and they even helped me set the table with my linens and favors. The food was to die for as well! My family is still raving about that birthday dinner a week later! Don't hesitate to stop by for a family meal, date night, or even have your special occasion dinner in that curtained pergola!

So I placed a take out order a couple months ago and the place is not cheap… I picked up my food when I got home the chicken was red and not cooked it looked old and smelled funny. I took pictures threw everything away because it was disgusting and called the restaurant. The person I spoke with maybe the owner said they could not refund me, but they will give me a store credit for next time. I thought there would never be a next time but accepted because it was The only thing they offered to do. Yesterday night I called the restaurant to give it another shot. Spoke with someone and then someone else and no one had recollection of the “store credit” They said there was no such a thing under my phone number. Although I was upset, I still ordered from there one more time and it was $70 not cheap for two meals. Again, the chicken was so old you can tell it was for use and re-warmed it looked gray if I tell you, it was so disgusting And disappointing. THIS WILL BE THE LAST TIME I even disputed the charge with my credit card Because it was so disgusting. STOP USING OLD CHICKEN It wasn’t even warm. It was so cold. It was so hard. No point in calling so I decided to dispute the charge and leave a review you deserve. Oh and here are the photos from last time.

A Culinary Delight with Top-Notch Service I recently dined at this exceptional Lebanese restaurant, and I can’t praise it enough! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by a warm and inviting ambiance, with everything impeccably clean and well-maintained. The food was absolutely divine. Their meats were cooked to perfection—juicy, tender, and bursting with flavor. The stir-fry was equally impressive, with a perfect blend of spices and fresh vegetables that complemented every bite. To start, we enjoyed their soup and salad, which were both incredible. The soup was hearty and flavorful, and the salad was fresh, crisp, and dressed to perfection. A special shoutout to Alexis, who took care of us throughout our meal. She was attentive, friendly, and made sure everything was just right. Her excellent service truly elevated our dining experience. This restaurant is a gem, combining outstanding food with great service in a spotless environment. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for authentic Lebanese cuisine done right. We’ll definitely be back!

I was visiting Dearborn, Michigan, USA, and I decided to go to a Middle Eastern restaurant since Dearborn seems to be known for Middle Eastern food, and there are people who drive a few hours every now and then to go to a Middle Eastern restaurant in Dearborn. My mom and I ended up going to Malek Al-Kabob Dearborn. We got the Combo for Two. It came with bread with garlic dips and a fattoush salad. My favourite parts were the Chicken Kabob and the bread. The chicken kabobs were traditionally marinated chunks of charbroiled chicken. It was very fresh, juicy, tender, and very flavourful. It was marinated very well and had a really great flavour to it. The bread was also very fresh and the garlic dips that accompanied them were outstanding. There was a regular garlic dip and a spicy garlic dip. Both of them seemed to be made with a heavy amount of actual garlic. Even after eating the main dish, I ended up eating quite a bit of bread. The server was very nice and friendly as well. I really enjoyed my experience here and I left the restaurant very happy.
