Worse experience ever.
I walked in around 7pm with 4 kids, 3 boys at the age of 10yrs and 1 little girl. The moment we walked in the sales person started to roll his eyes. He had a mad face of all the time and small talk with my questions. Two moms of those kids that were with me , walked in after and noticed the same attitude. They are Spanish speakers and that make his face even worse. Right after, a man walked in the store, and asked for some questions and the treatment was clearly different. The sales person responded friendly with a whole conversation. Despite his attitude we decided to buy. One of the moms was treated with attitude and his questions was: Does anybody else will buy anything? After our purchases, I heard him and the other customer making comments how difficult it is to deal with kids like ours. Which by the way, they behaved very well at all the time at the store, just looking. I confronted him and mentioned that I noticed his attitude and saw him rolling his eyes at us and how bad was his customer service. His response was for me to call 1-800, but he didn’t have a name tag, and at this point he could say any name he desires. Clearly he doesn’t care, and I doubt it that anybody will take any action. But I feel , so frustrated and so disrespected, discriminated, that I decided to share this experience here. Read moreThis location has the worst Customer service I ever seen. Dirty floors and very unorganized. What ever position Carlos has at this location he don't deserve it. Carlos, the worst employee in the store checks me out. I paid over $100.00 for games, got to the door no games in the cases. I walk back to Carlos let him know there is no games in the cases, he looks at me and says someone else will help me. But I gave him my money and he screwed up. The next guy could not find the freaking games. He asked Carlos where are the new games, this jackass ignores the guy. I had to say refund my money before anyone can find the games. I hope this was not a race issue, just horrible customer service. I also want to thank Carlos for tell my daughter that the game I got for my self GTA has nudity and bad words in it. Like she needed to know that... I will not recommend anyone I know to this store ever. For now on I will go to Walmart. Walmart lines aren't as long as this crappy store.
