My wife and I purchased a new king sized bed as ours was about 7-8 years old and the springs were doing a number on my wife's back. Jason the representative on site, was very friendly, very informative,kind. He answered all concerns we had,paid no mind to my kids using the area as a playground, acoustic encouraged it as to allow us to speak freely.The bed and base were delivered on Labor day itself,the team pulled up in a third party truck and third party uniform,no specific evidence that they were with Matteris Firm so I wasn't too fond of that. They however did a great job to set everything up,even repeating the set up process when the base failed at first test.

We got tired of waiting and we realized that $8,000 is a bit much for a bed so over the presidential holiday we stopped in to Mattress Firm and met with Alan our sales person and also Jason I believe they were both very nice and very informative and very helpful and they could deliver a beautiful mattress made by Beautyrest my mother's favorite by the next day we canceled for the sleep number we bought a beautiful mattress with an adjustable frame again not cheap but a lot cheaper than $8,000 we saved about $4,000 and we got the bed the next day put together and everything is great and we're sleeping beautifully and Sparky the dog loves it as well! Their website said the frames were supposed to come by FedEx the next day, but when I clicked the FedEx tracking number, it said "by the end of the day" two days hence. I will be sleeping on the floor for a couple of days, hopefully not more than that. I ordered Gold Delivery service but so far I am setting everything up myself. I truly regret buying from this place. Their online chat was a robot. When I finally got a human the agent said they had no information so I should call the store.
