So I started going here daily about a month ago. I felt it was a little overpriced, but that made me get the tumbler in order to get the discount. I even invested in their branded reusable straws and some of their merch! Unfortunately, the customer service is so bad I will not be returning. If you pay in cash they never have correct change in the register, if they know how to use the register, which is rare. I am always patient with them but a couple of weeks ago after I finished my first cup of tea I went back for a second cup...and was berated by a male employee and told I couldn't be served in their branded cup because there was still a drop of tea from my first cup. I was so shook from the experience that I considered not going back, but decided I wouldn't be detered by one bad experience and would just never get a 2nd cup of tea in the same day. I only drink plain water out of that cup when I am not drinking their tea creations out of it and wash it pretty regularly with a deep clean once a week. However, today, I was told that I couldn't be served/wouldn't get my discount because my cup was "a little dirty and they aren't allowed to wash it." This thing has only had their tea and plain water in it. I'm so frustrated I could cry. I understand that they don't want to give the discount but $10 for a cup of tea is insane. Maybe if I hadn't been yelled at previously I wouldn't have been as upset, but I walked out and I will not be returning. If the employees have that much pent up frustration they clearly aren't getting paid enough. I would never be rude back to them but there's definitely something messed up at this place and there are so many other places to get bubble tea in the area: don't...

This Teaspoon location opened in the Shoppes at Deerfield on Hillsboro Blvd two months ago. It is a few doors down from the former movie theater. The inside is sweetly decorated with a floral mural and plenty of seating. The menu is divided into seasonal, signature, and classic drinks. They also sell bakery items and brand merchandise.
Everyone who was working went out of their way to provide friendly service. I chose the signature Lychee on Lychee, a lychee black tea with lychee jelly and added popping lychee boba. A lot of care was taken when preparing my drink and it was the perfect amount of sweetness and ice. It was refreshing and delicious to the last drop.
I really loved how many options you have to customize your drink and they have so many unique flavors of jelly and popping boba. For instance I saw rainbow jelly, strawberry heart jelly, coffee jelly, and cranberry popping boba. They even have something called grass jelly. You can have a lot of fun creating your...
Read moreFirst off, Myself, (on solo occasions)and my family are always acknowledged and welcomed. Staff members have warm personalities and are able to help you decide on what you should try. The snack bar is definitely a hit!!! My daughter's favorite is the Mochi donuts with a Strawberry Colada. We have pretty much tried most of the flavors on the board and are very pleased with flavor and presentation. Not to mention there's a reward program that's definitely worth being a part of. All in all, if you're looking for a quick stop for a quick drink and/or bite. I highly recommend trying this establishment. And the best part, the prices are very reasonable for quality ingredients. Im so glad, Teaspoon is literally in my backyard. Keep up the great work...
