This might be the very worst place you could go for vision care services. Iāve been coming here for several years and each time they rush my visit. The front desk associates are usually pleasant and I have not had any issues with them, but the optometrist is very rude. The assistant couldnāt spare a microsecond to greet me, asking me to read the first line of letters just about as soon as both my feet were through the door. Then, after what felt like a rushed initial exam with her, the optometrist was ready to see me and I kindly asked her to verify the brief part of the assistants exam which I thought was rushed (where you read the letters off of like 3 or 4 different lines which takes literally 30 seconds or less). The optometrist seemed quite annoyed but agreed, and so just before she was about to redo this section I removed my glasses thinking she was just going to use one of the close up machines instead of the screen on the wall.. this angered her fiercely! With a higher tone, disgust in her voice, and a menacing expression, she asked me why I would take my glasses off, asking me rhetorically what that was going to do and just speaking to me like I was a total fool. I usually have pretty thick skin when it comes to encountering rude people and I try to exercise patience with everyone, but the passionate disrespect in her voice this time seriously rubbed me wrong. As a note, I overheard associates asking each other why the optometrist was in such a bad mood before I was called in, so I had a feeling this was going to be an eventful visit. In conclusion, if youāve read this far please save yourself the headache and do not come here for any reason because they WILL rush you in and out and they very well might insult you in the process. Ā Ā Ā Read moreI will never go back. I went to get my eye exam there. It's the cheapest I could find without insurance. The price was outstanding so I went. I had no intention of buying new glasses or buying my contacts through them. I'm confused why my eyes were never dilated but that's fine with me. Everything was good until after my exam. I went to pay and the lady would not stop trying to sell me the club for $20 more. I told her repeatedly that I was not interested, but she charged me for it anyways. When I asked her why she charged me for it she didn't give me an answer. It was sneaky of her and I did not appreciate it. When I told her to take it off, she got angry and said her manager had to do it. If she would have listened and not charged me for it, then this wouldn't have been an issue. The manager came over and seemed confused why she was doing the refund and treated me like I was an idiot because I didn't want their club. I told her I wasn't interested in it and to just refund my money. This added a good 15 minutes to my visit. I also did not receive my prescription until I asked for it, which is not usual for an eye exam. When I asked for it, the manager seemed annoyed. I told her I wasn't getting my contacts there because I could get them cheaper elsewhere (even with the 10% off with the club). She got angry and told me it would be a couple of minutes since the doctor was with someone. This added about another 5 minutes. Overall, I was there for all this extra time that was unnecessary. I will not be returning to them or any other store. Don't waste your time and spend the extra money to go to a...
Ā Ā Ā Read morePros: appt was gotten in quick, they're pretty efficient about getting you in and out. Cons: They're kinda high pressure about upselling you on options for the glasses, to the point the girl was kind of insulting because i wanted cheaper, plastic lenses instead of the mid or upper grade. Her response was "well if you want coke-bottle glasses...I guess you can get that, but i really recommend these." never mind they were $50 more, when my insurance paid 100% of the plastic lenses. And ordered a years worth of contacts. They add on extra appts unnecessarily, the dr. recommended a contact for me that was ok to sleep in and for extended wear. I had previous been wearing Acuvue Oasys, this was a new brand, and I asked about cost, the dr. said she had no idea I had to talk to them out in the office. When I asked, the girl about them she said she had no idea what I was talking about and the dr. didnt have them on the form and she couldn't order anything other than what's on the form. I continued to ask about them, as there was no reason why she couldn't go ask the dr. She finally said "if they're what brand i think, which is our housebrand, they'd probably be cheaper since they're month wear contact but they're not on this form, so i can't order them anyway." And continued on trying to upsell me on my glasses. I was less than thrilled with the service, the associates were not friendly, it was not enjoyable. The dr, who was a woman, was very friendly, and very sweet in demeanor. I wasn't the least bit crazy about the...
