*BEWARE *8/23 I was refused a military discount despite it being advertised throughout the store on everything. The manager told me it’s because they “don’t stack discounts” and there wasn’t enough profit margin because the furniture was on sale. I feel like the ad is very misleading and they lost an 8.2k sale for not honoring the 5% discount advertised. You can clearly see the advertisement below.

Update 8/24 My wife wanted this exact furniture so despite my best argument, she bought it anyway. If there was anywhere else I could have purchased it, I would have. Upon pickup I was greeted rudely by Tim (sales associate) with new information that no one shared with me when purchasing. He asked, “Did you bring someone to help you load it?” This was the first time I was made aware that they have a policy AGAINST helping customers load furniture. I said no and I had no idea this policy existed. After a moment of shock, I was told by the female manager that she would help me. From there, this Tim was going on and on being aggressive and rude. It got bad enough to where I told him to get out of my face and the manager told him to go away also. I believe this was in retaliation for my honest review I left yesterday. Female manager also didn’t like that I shared her “profit margin” statement with Google reviews. She said that was a conversation for her and I. What a joke! Tim, you better look for a new career. Randy is very nice and helpful, the 3 visits I was there everyone was nice and helpful. Came back in to place my order for the furniture I really liked the Flexsteel brand, had that brand yrs ago and loved it. I did not get all the pieces I planned on, small room and not enough space. No big deal Randy was still nice as can be. Can't wait to have a nice, comfortable place to set and relax when I get home for working all day. The recliner I have now hurt me to set in, it broke 2mo after I bought it from a club store, until now I haven't been able to fine a new recliner I felt good about and was comfortable to set down on and recline. My Flexsteel recliner is what I've have been looking for, for a few yrs now. I wasn't sure Flexsteel was still around, it doesn't seem to be in all furniture stores. Not a fan of going and look at furniture but Morris worked for me, not pushy, just gave me the info I needed after I told him what I wanted, just that simple.
