My wife and I got our family a new puppy yesterday and we have a lot of questions. We didn't share this with anyone at the store but our previous dog died pretty traumatically earlier in the summer so, while we love our new puppy, we are afraid of making mistakes and I'm especially being overly careful.

We have both been to this location on successive nights and Micah has been incredibly kind and willing to answer our questions. He talked me through crate training for our pup and gave me some great tips and suggestions and was very welcoming and encouraging, inviting me and my family to bring our puppy in.

My wife took our puppy in tonight, and Micah was again incredibly helpful. He talked her through the pros and cons of different brands of food and the histories of each food (recalls and whatnot), what would be best for our breed, and was generally spectacularly knowledgeable, patient, and kind.

I called the weekend of your 19th anniversary and ask a question and the lady that answered the phone was so sweet and helpful and she let me know you were having a sale so I ran right over and I now have a new place to buy my cat food because you had everything I want that I usually have to go to three different stores to find. I bought a 5 Wash prepaid Self Wash Card several months ago. I have been to the Deerfield location twice. Neither time was the water hot enough.
