Nikki's Furniture & Decor — Attraction in DeLand

This great little store has so much to offer and so much to see, it might take multiple visits to see it all. By the time you get around to that, something new could have already come in. Not only does the store hold items to sell, but their warehouse holds much more you don't see. With all the vendors they offer and armed with their expert knowledge, the owners Nikki and Chris, can help you make the right decision on just about anything. Their delivery gentlemen are very hard-working and very professional. They're a pleasure to have around. The company really strives to offer an outstanding service and are very kind people. Currently, as it stands, deliveries are run during the week and usually not on the weekends. They always try to do what is best for everyone and can help plan out everything. As winners of The Daytona Beach News-Journal's 2021 Best of the Best awards for Best Furniture Store and Best Interior Decorating/Designers, you can believe that they've done right by their customers and community to earn such an award. They used to originally buy and sell used and pre-owned furniture, but that ship has sailed and now they welcome in the New and Exciting. Nice coastal merchandise. Great sales pitch. As long as you have no issues with anything purchased, you will be fine. Factory defects, lamps that stop working within 4 months of purchase, will be handled with harsh, rude and nasty attitudes. Excuses given as they do not want to deal with any issues. Take your money and do not back up the service stated in the sales process. Honesty does not exist here. There are many in my community that have posted the same behavior on community FaceBook pages, so it’s not just me. Their reputation in this community was once very good. They have since changed that. All I can say is Buyer Beware

PS- Regarding the Owner response, I went to the Manufacturer, due to the Owner refusing to deal with me, telling me nothing was wrong. I sent the Manufacturer pictures of the defect and comparison's from a different, reputable store that carries their merchandise to show the defects. The Manufacturer requested the sofa to be picked up and a full refund given. NOT Nikki's decision........That is the only way I received any satisfaction....Had I not gone to the Manufacturer, Nikki's would have done nothing. Unbelievable that this story was told in response. My parents lost their home to the hurricane and so I told them to try this place out. I have never been before but always wanted to. So let me just say being a beach lover, I fell in love with this place. They have really neat stuff here. My mom got pretty much everything (and a lot more) from Nikki's. Her and Chris helped us out and were very professional even helping other customers. My parents got a new couch they made piece by piece,a rug,computer table,decor for the bedrooms, side tables, etc. I can't wait to re decorate my house with these cool items. It's going to be really hard for me to stay away. Nikki and Chris made our stay feeling welcomed.
