My windshield wiper broke when I was driving on the highway in the pouring rain. So I stopped at advance auto parts so I could drive safely. I am a young female who has no knowledge of car parts. Sales representative John R. looked up the sizing of the wiper blade for my drivers side. When I asked him if I should get two he said “you can do whatever you want.” Clearly, I can’t do whatever I want as I have no idea what I’m doing and am not receiving any help. I said okay and I walked away back to the aisle distraught. Then, he told me they were two different sizes. Okay… so I waited a minute and went back and asked the passenger side size.
