Absolutely unacceptable customer service. I was helped by the manager of the store, Misael in applying a coupon. He actually got mad at me and accused me of not listening, despite telling him I was deaf and could not hear. He then threatened me, and actually ejected me from the store just for unintentionally causing an issue with his payment system due to our miscommunication. Considering submitting an ADA complaint and have already filed a police report on his conduct.
It is a fun store to shop at... But you will need to hope that nothing complicated happens with your order. Misael, as well as assistant managers Victoria and Jenny are unable to address issues that go beyond the basics.
Also, the other reviews are true, if your item does not have a price tag, they will take 10+ minutes to walk the store and identify the item. I tried to purchase a $2 spoon which was missing the barcode, and they rung it up as $5. I told them of the error, and they had me wait 10 minutes because they did not know how to find the item in the store.

Read moreFor the second time in a row we were over charged on items on 1/29/24 we went in to buy things to redo our bathroom when we first walked in we noticed the baskets that were on sale but we went in mainly for the shelve that went over the toilet after we got our new rug set, shower curtains, the inside piece for the shower, the nonslip shower mat, 2 hand towels, a fake plant, and our toilet shelf we head to the baskets that I mentioned before because they were on sale and after looking at the shelf we figured why not add those baskets so we bought 2 one gray and one blue both 3.99 but reduced to 2.99 we go to check out and she already messed up scanning once and I didn't pay any mind to it because all she said was "oh there to different colors" so she did something on the system and kept scanning she scaned the blue one a total of 3 times then scanned the gray one once I truly feel like she should be back in retraining because this shouldn't have happen or there should be a manager overseeing the last night employees at register because I understand it's getting late and your tired but don't short us out of money and...
Read moreWe were at the West Univ Dr. Location in Denton (store 315 - left at 8:52 pm). My one year old was so amazed by all the colors/products, not watching where he was going. He ran into a shelf display of candles. A candle crashed to the floor, glass shattering. He was unharmed. We went to tell the woman at cash wrap (cashier #791172). She was so pleasant and upbeat. Her response was wonderful, telling him accidents happen and not to worry. He immediately liked her. When we left, she was just as friendly. I was impressed by her kindness, especially given the time and being low staffed for the night. Thank you for helping to make the trip a good one...
