Do NOT go here. Went in and showed my tablet to them, which had a badly cracked screen. PAID for it and waited a week for the part to come in, they never called me and let me know that it was there...I ended up calling them to check on it and found it had arrived several days ago. Took it in, they called the next day and said the screen they had placed on it was not working properly and they were ordering a new screen and that they would make sure it got there the next day. I heard nothing from them the next day, but I thought they may have received it late in the day, so I waited one more day before calling and leaving a message. Never heard back so I called again two days later and was told the part wouldn't be in for two more days. I was beyond furious. And when I stated how frustrated I was, I was told, "I'm sorry you're frustrated. I can't do anything about how long it takes the part to get here." How about communication with each other and the customer? How about offering compensation of some sort? Of course they have no rush as I already paid for the service. I will be sure to warn all of my friends and family to stay away from this place. I will update when/if they ever actually fix and return my tablet.

Update: Picked up my tablet and was not offered any type of apology for delay and miscommunication.went home and tried to take a picture and keep getting camera failure. Literally everything was working before I took it in for a simple screen replacement. Not sure if I want to bother trying to tell them they messedan up my camera because they will most likely try to charge me to fix that and break something else. Do NOT...

My IPhone 12Pro "broke" while on vacation. I went to TMobile and they were not able to help me, but recommended Best Buy Geek Squad. I went to the BBGS in Nebraska and based on the screen (Applesupport message) they thought they could restore it in 10-20 minutes. However, after plugging in my phone and diagnosing it, they said it was unrepairable. When I got home, I went to TMobile, they again recommended BBGS, but I told them what happened in Nebraska, so they also recommended CPR as a back up. Against my better judgment, I went to BBGS first, but they wouldn't even glance at my phone unless I made an appointment for several hours later. I went to CPR, I was greeted immediately and they took it back to do a quick check and thought it was repairable. They said it could take up to an hour to diagnose, so I left to run a few errands and came back. When I got back they had found the issue and I was able to get the repair done in 5 minutes! In total, it was around $100 and I didn't lose anything data on my phone. I used them about 15 years ago as well, as a last resort, when my phone ended up in the pool. That was before ICloud was a thing and I was at risk of losing all of my kids' first trip to Disney photos. They repaired it then too, when I was told by my phone carrier and BB that it was not fixable. My 11 month old iPhone was somewhat exploding and no longer working. My small family and I have ALOT on our plate right now and the last thing I needed was a broken iphone. I was informed by the owner at this store that my warranty on the battery was still active and I was given great advice on how to get it replaced for free through apple.

Before you know it I was at the closest apple location he could help me find replacing my battery and getting all my precious memories back and iPhone working again.

I am not very “tech savvy” and it was nice not to feel like I was asking stupid questions. Throughout this process I was treated with so much kindness from the employees and learned a lot about faulty batteries and bad charging ports.

The next day we took my husbands iPhone in to get looked at. For a year he has been using it on speaker due to the ear piece not working. His ear piece was fixed in seconds and we couldn’t be more grateful for the honesty and integrity this company and its employees stand for.

Overall we saved so much TIME not having to research what was wrong with our iphones and were thankful we could take it to experts who could quickly diagnose the issues while not being charged an arm and leg for the services.
