Unsatisfactory Experience at Panera Bread - Date of Visit 8/5/2025
A recent experience at a Panera Bread location resulted in significant dissatisfaction. A bacon, egg, and cheese bagel were purchased this morning for $10. Upon inspection, the sandwich contained only one piece of bacon, torn to appear as two. When the customer brought the issue to staff's attention, they showed a lack of concern and stated that this was the standard portion size. Cream cheese was also purchased, which was on the receipt, but the employee at the counter claimed it was not on her screen.
When I asked for the corporate contact information to lodge a complaint, the manager provided an incorrect phone number. I had to find the correct number through an online search. The experience was highly disappointing. The bacon portion was unacceptable, staff displayed unprofessionalism and a lack of empathy, and the incorrect corporate contact number furthered the customer's frustration. The overall quality of the food and service was below the expected Panera Bread standard.
I will not return to this Panera Bread location and may reconsider future patronage of the company based on this experience. It is urged that these issues be addressed to prevent similar situations for...

But I have been coming specifically here for a few months to do homework because of the sip club and this is the only one around my campus. There is ALWAYS a crowd of homeless people in the back corner. Usually 2-6 that rotate. There are only outlet in that area, so I usually sit around there, and It is hard to enjoy anything because of the loudness, stench, and cleanliness. There are people in the back constantly vaping, smoking, touching all the stuff at the coffee area, and trashing the restrooms. Read moreThis Panera location does not care about your delivery order or making anything right. I called the “manager” line 5 times and no one picked up the phone. I was missing part of my order and payed the exorbitant delivery fee because I have no vehicle today. Finally waited 30 minutes on hold waiting for a corporate Panera customer service rep. I know it’s not the reps fault, but when she reaches out to store she has no trouble getting through. Manager says they no longer have their own drivers, they are using third party delivery, so no one can bring me the missing part of my order. You’re the manager, get in the car and drive it to me, I’m at max 3 miles away. So, my resolution consisted of them giving me a credit to use at a later date with a company I will never order food from again. Great.
