Tried ti order a charm online for my daughter's birthday when checking out it said technical difficulties try again which I did and git the same message. I realized later that they had charged me 75.00 on both attempts but no order was placed. I called James Avery and they could gave cared less Saud you don't have a confirmation # so the charges will fall off. We'll 10 dats later the charges posted to my account. I could not order it online but the young woman who answered the phone in this store offered to order it for me because she was able to do so. No other store offered to do that.
