Chai did my first tattoo back in March 2022. She took great care in making sure the design, style, and colors were what I wanted - which meant a lot since this was a memorial piece. She took time to address any questions I had and ensured I was comfortable throughout the whole tattooing process, from placement and break times to pain tolerance. Everyone at the shop was friendly as well, which was a huge plus. Since getting that tattoo, we have added two more pieces to my arm, and all have healed well and received so many compliments! I'm eagerly awaiting my appointment this year and to see the Artist's Grove in person.

Chai has given me my favorite tattoo experiences! The fact that she prioritizes community, growth, artistry, and education both in her work and through opening The Artist's Grove is so awesome and meaningful. I highly recommend her as well as the other artists at this studio!

Chai is one of the best tattoo artists I have ever had the pleasure of working with. They are kind, respectful, and really want you to be involved with the artistic process- after all that’s what a tattoo is, art. They make sure you are happy with the design and placement and make sure that it compliments the flow of the body.
