This dispensary is cool and the shatter was great However the people that work there do not seem to be concerned over my personal item I left behind. After calling once I realized I left something they told me they had stashed it away but it was nowhere to be found the next day. The guy I spoke with said he would leave a note with my info and get back to me once he found out where they put it. I never received a Call so I went in person the following morning and spoke to the general manager who had no prior knowledge of the situation so she also asked for all of my information and that she would leave a note and they would call me if they found it however then she told me it âmightâve been thrown awayâ which I found hard to believe since another worker already assured me they saw it and stashed it away. I later called that evening because I got no call and spoke to Another employee one who was working the night I lost it. He remembers my item being there but says ânot the specifics of the situationâ he assured me there was no way any one would take it and also said âIâm not 100 percent but if it were me I wouldâve thrown it awayâ This has been one of the worst experiences I feel like none of the employees seem to care and itâs very clear that this situation wasnât handled well because the kid also asked me for my information a third time to leave on a note for his coworkers. Itâs upsetting that all Iâm looking for is a definitive answer of where my personal item is. I would be more comfortable knowing they mistakenly tossed it not knowing itâs value or worth. But the fact that nobody will really do anything about it and I feel like Iâm harassing them just to get some kind of answer is sketchy and shady. I would just appreciate an honest answer of what happened Iâve even left an email. I know that whole place is loaded with cameras and Iâve told them who was working and when I was in store but still they have yet to contact me once and just keep churning me through...

I typically go for flower , sometimes concentrates , but this time I picked up 2, craft oil carts. I went next door to the coffee joint and realized one of the carts had a MASSIVE air bubble and it was half empty . Okay no issue , I went next door , after a small argument with the bud tender about how the cart was clearly NOT 500mg, and finally I got my new one. Awesome.
So after going home and the next day going to use my cart , I noticed they are both out of date .. by over 2 months . And both have a bad taste . I purchased another mango kush (same strain) cart elsewhere and it was gold in color . Mine was off brown.
I contacted customer service and RITA TSALYUK . Has been no help. Sheâs asked me atleast 3 times the same question Iâve clearly answered ..
So Iâll just contact craft oil about Yuma selling out of date carts and see where I can get with them, crafts customer service is by far superior .

   Read moreKevin kept us waiting for 30 min outside looking at our Iowa IDs that are obviously real we wouldn't of been to all the 4/20 events and enjoyed a vacation here then finally he came out and asked if we wanted the cops to check since he doesn't know. Do you not have a scanner or knowledge of your job? So then he told us just leave if you don't want to buy anymore and that we shouldn't stay in there and wait to show him they were real. I really wanted to like this place too but it's just a tourist trap I can smoke other places around CO rather than inside there.
