It’s a great spot for photos and views. A nice selection of eateries and a nice wine and liquor shop are nestled into the area.
There is a great park towards the backside of the bridge and lots of greenery and things for kids to do.
A small fountain provides a cool mist on those warmer days and there are some photo props for great pictures with the bridge in the background.

It’s super convenient to get to, being only about a block from Union Station, and being at one end of the 16th Street Mall. Compared to other cable stayed bridges, this structure’s span and over size isn’t overly impressive, but its architecture with the canted tower and splayed stay cables are pretty cool. It’s also nice and low, so it’s an easy climb up the stairs for visitors (also accessible by elevator). The views from the top of the deck is nice.
