My rating is a complaint on the robot that takes your order. As I pulled up to the drive thru I wasn't greated by anyone, a sign was under the screen informing me holy the robot takes my order and to say it normal. I said my order and no response so I pulled forward to the window. At the window the employee told me since you couldn't wait for holy to take your order now I have to frustrated. The employee was extremely rude about having to take my order. The employee wouldn't give me her name but told me holy took my order the robot. A better way she could have handled it would be to explain how the robot works. "I'm sorry mam it seems you ordered to quickly for holy to take your order. Can you please give me your order now thank you. (Wait for the order). Just so next time you come here mam holy takes a min to respond or register when you talk so if you could just go slower you will have a better experience or you can always say human and speak to one of us." Something like this is what I would have expected but instead I was confronted by rudeness. It was if the employee wanted to make me feel dumb. I understand its fast food but it would still be nice to feel welcomed when you come thru the drive thru. I felt more like a burden and I really don't like the robot ordering it doesn't great you when you drive up so you just sit there like HELLO until you see the sign. Only second time I've been to good times and I...
Read moreHORRIBLE AND DISGUSTING! I asked for no lemon in my tea. They served it with lemon. I asked the the guy if I could have one without lemon. The Individual taking my money and everyone else's. Decided to STICK, yes, that's right STICK HIS FINGER IN MY TEA TO REMOVE THE LEMON. Then tried to hide. I asked for new tea, one that he didn't stick his finger in. The manager in Tan shirt got mad and said." its not his finger you should be worried about, It s mine" He was holding our shake then went behind the counter and came back with it. I was so grossed out we didn't have either the tea or the shake. We didn't even want to eat the food!. We ended up just eating some of it. Only because they already gave us the food before all this happened! After a bite or two (we were starving) we were grossed out. We ended up tossing it! I couldn't imagine what they would do if we weren't looking! The guys wearing gloves kept touching the cash , cash wrap and other areas. THE GLOVES ARE NOT FOR THEIR BENEFIT! ITS FOR THE SAFETY OF THE CUSTOMERS!. I haven't ever been treated so rude and been So grossed. This is the first time I've experienced this type of behavior at this location. But honestly I won't be going back! I highly suggest others not waste there money and health! WHAT A WASTE...
Read moreHeads up... I'm giving this location 3 instead of 1 stars because of the Good Times franchise itself being a great Colorado-native restaurant to visit. I've already contacted customer support and they mentioned they contacted the regional manager... Anyway, I came in at around 730-8am on a Sunday morning and ordered the two breakfast burrito breakfast combo. The burritos were dry, luke-warm, and consisted of mostly potatoes. There was very little eggs and chili, quite the contrary to every time I've had a burrito from Good Times in the past. Good Times has wonderful breakfast burritos by the way! Anyhow, there was also some kind of salty hard substance that I couldn't make out what it was, even though I had ordered strictly egg, cheese, chili, and potato (the 'vege' breakfast burritos) and so I was just completely disappointed and grossed out. I couldn't finish the burritos they were that bad.
Anyhow, the franchise reimbursed me and I will of course be visiting Good Times in the future. But beware that this particular location is spotty with their food quality. Make sure you check your food...
