This has been, by far, the worst gym experience I’ve ever had. The owner/manager, Heather, was extremely uncooperative and dismissive when I reached out to share concerns about my experience.
When I first joined, I was completely new to Pilates. They gave me a quick three-minute overview, and that was it. I had to track down the coach myself before class to ask for help. If you're a beginner, I would not recommend this gym . The instructors offer very little guidance on how to do the positions, and the setup makes it difficult to even see them during class. I ended up just copying the people next to me, which was neither helpful nor safe.
I originally joined after fully recovering from a hip injury, and since attending, the condition has worsened significantly. I’ve had to return to physical therapy. When I reached out to Heather to cancel or at least pause my membership due to the injury and because the coaches did not help with modifications to moves that bothered my hip, she tried to upsell me on EXPENSIVE private sessions. I politely declined, yet she kept pushing the option rather than addressing my actual concern.
I requested a phone call to resolve things, but they would only communicate via text, which I found very unprofessional for a business. Eventually, the only “solution” offered was modifying my membership and locking me in for another three months even though I can’t even attend due to my injury.

Read moreI love Lagree Luxe; it has truly been life changing for me and my health journey. I started Lagree in May 2022 and had my first class with Caylynn. I wanted to start with her because she is one of the instructors who has made Lagree so enjoyable. She is an amazing woman with a energetic personality and desire to help her students. She is always looking for ways to help people improve their form and overall practice with Lagree. The love doesn’t stop with Caylynn either!!! All the instructors I practice with are simply the best. Shannon is another favorite of mine! Her classes are always unique, targeting different areas of the body and introducing moves that I have either never done or rarely do in class. She is always a gem of a human with a great attitude and her classes are always fun. Ali is one of the greatest free-spirited people I have had the pleasure to meet. Her classes are always full of energy and love. Lauren is a sweetheart and her classes always bring me back to the basics in ensuring my form and movements are correct. And finally the one and only Amanda! In her classes, I know we’ll go hard and get alot of good work in. She is a driven instructor who always is looking to improve her students and I love her spunk! All in all, Lagree Luxe has developed an amazing team of instructors and it’s the main reason I would never consider leaving for another brand. Read moreThese awesome workouts/instructors/machines are meant for athletes. Ive had killer improvement in my running times. I felt stronger in just a few classes and could see my body changing in easily under 10 classes. Even the instructors have seen my strength gains and the only thing I’ve been doing is this class and run. It is hard, and definitely meant for men and women, and challenges everyone, every time. The machines allow for variety in ability, from trained athletes, to getting back into a fitness routine, and they keep the class interesting. The instructors are athletes, and they encourage, guide, and challenge your every ounce of muscle all at once. I cannot get enough of it, it’s the right mix of challenging / length of time (40min) / routine mix up / and instructor style, to keep the variety and see continued results.
