Pro: Great service and accommodations, perfect location downtown and the high floor rooms have amazing views! The staff are insanely friendly, the bar is always staffed, and they had many different options at their breakfast buffet. They also provided coffee, decaf included. The hotel is very secure, as you need your room key to access anything beyond the lobby, and each key pass only works for your own floor and the 6th floor, where the gym and indoor pool are located. The valet staff were amazing and careful, on time and attentive. They knew me by name and car after my first day, and it didn’t take any time at all for them to retrieve my car. They were super friendly as well, like all other staff at the hotel.
Cons: immediate con for me was the lack of hot water at breakfast, which meant no tea. There were a few tea bags in a jar on a high shelf in the corner, but I’m definitely not tall enough to reach them anyway. Another con was lack of dairy alternatives. They provide almond milk, as well as whole milk and 2%. Almond milk is an allergen for many, so I would’ve loved seeing oat milk or soy milk instead. Aside from that, I was also saddened to realize there weren’t any microwaves in the rooms. There’s one downstairs, but it’s communal. The mini fridge was useful, but the mini coffee pot included in our room was finicky, and possibly damaged. It hissed quite a lot when I added water to the reservoir, and I was not a fan of the burnt taste of their coffee. In addition, the room doesn’t include a safe, which is now the standard in most hotels, so I never felt comfortable leaving anything in the room. I commend all the housekeeping staff, as they all do hard work in the hotel, but I don’t think they had enough time in their quota to fully clean the room the one time I didn’t post the DND sign out. Additionally, though I’m not sure as to the cause, there was loud clanging sounds in the elevators the whole time, as well as my room. My room was in the 22nd floor, highest floor in the hotel, so I’m guessing it was roof related. Lastly, and this is in no way a con for the hotel or staff, I didn’t appreciate the lack of self-park options at the hotel. I didn’t find other parking around that offered overnight parking, and my mobility issues meant I wasn’t going to park too far away anyway. The only parking option offered by the hotel is the valet service, which is $49 per day added to your hotel bill. It’s on par with other parking costs around, but I would’ve loved being able to park myself to have the option to go to the car and leave as I pleased without having to text the valet service.
Overall, great hotel! It’s downtown, so it’s walking distance to everything you may need! Would def recommend if you’re visiting or here...

We stayed at this hotel for two nights. Its location is definitely one of its highlights: right in the heart of downtown Denver, well-connected, and conveniently situated. Within a 5–6 km radius, you can easily reach the historic district, the theater district, plenty of shops, and a wide variety of restaurants. You can explore most of the city on foot, so there’s really no need for a car.
The lobby is stylish and welcoming, and the breakfast area is nicely designed. However, the breakfast itself was quite disappointing—limited options, very few alternatives, and overall lacking in quality. It was, unfortunately, the only real downside of our stay.
The room was spacious—around 40–50 square meters—with two very comfortable queen beds. We slept well, thanks in part to the quality of the mattress. One inconvenience: the feather duvet tends to shed feathers, which can poke your legs and make things slightly uncomfortable.
The towels were good quality and were replaced during our stay. That said, our room was not cleaned at all during the two days, and we weren’t given any explanation as to why.
One detail worth noting is the bathroom door—it’s transparent. This might not be an issue if you’re staying with close friends or a partner, but it could be awkward in other situations. A solid, soundproof door would definitely offer better privacy.
I also tried the heated pool. The water was pleasantly warm, but it’s not really suitable for swimming, nor is it warm enough to provide the relaxing effect of a hot tub. I would actually recommend replacing it with a proper jacuzzi for a better relaxation experience.
The gym, on the other hand, was quite spacious and well-equipped, with machines for both cardio and strength training. There’s also chilled drinking water available in the lobby, which is a nice touch.
Overall, the experience was fairly good, with some room for...

Two rooms and asked for an adjoining room, but they couldn't make that happen. We requested for additional night; they made us check out and check back in. I don't know how hotels operate, so we compiled but wasted half of the day waiting for a room. We also went out to try scooters, and my son fell off. We were close and walked into the hotel, thinking they would help us with 1st aid kit. We asked for help from the manager at the wrong time!! My son Scrapped his face, knee, and shoulder - the manager gave us bandaids. Disappointed, I asked for hydrogen peroxide to clean his wound. She brought out alcohol wipes and made a smerky statement-"we don't have 1st aid for big wounds. What do you want me to do?" By this time, momma bear comes out. I look at her and give her specific instructions to provide me with large band-aids, a spray-bacitracin antibiotic ointment for scrapes, ice, and Tylenol! She rolls her eyes; by now, the other lady at the front desk continuously apologizes for HER MANAGERS ACTIONS and says she has so many things going on. We spent 30mins arguing as the manager walked back and forth before getting all the supplies we needed before treating my son's wounds. The manager says, "we need the spray back. You can't take it. " I wasn't planning on TAKING your small bottle of spray-bacitracin. Later that night, we walked down to get Tylenol from the little shop. This lady comes over AGAIN!! I WAS defensive; it was 1 am, tired, and she has done her fair share of being herself. She tried to apologize to my sister, but I was done! I was done!
So we paid over $2k for two rooms for four days to have your manager treat people disrespectfully. Never again! Don't get me started on the food 😒 or the thermostat in...
