Nail zone — Attraction in Denver

Mixed review! I’ve had great service here and very poor service here- it all depends on your technician. One time I had a pedicure and the tech was watching a show on her cell phone during the service. She kept stopping (like in the middle of filing) and looking down at her phone which was propped on the product cart next to my feet. At one point I leaned forward to see what she was looking and saw it was something playing on her phone. Needless to say, I was super annoyed. I’ve seen the same tech since with other customers and she’s and she’s just plain rude. I won’t get service from her again. There are some techs who have been there a while who are lovely and do a good job.the place is also very clean. I was there a week ago and had an average experience. Different tech than had never been to before, and she did a gel mani. She did a good job. I really don’t expect much by way of chit chat, but after I leave a generous tip and say goodbye and “thank you” I would ate least expect a response - but there was barely any acknowledgment. Just a weird vibe from the people working there sometimes....

Not happy with my service at all. I got gel nails done and the next day, several were chipping. Also, all of the my nails were different shapes, some rounded and some flat. Additionally, The color I selected was a bright yellow. The coverage was very spotty and inconsistent. This color requires an extra coat, I assume, but that's not what a received. The color looked watered down and not opaque.

I came back within two days, explained my issue and they agreed to fix them, which I appreciated. However, I felt very uncomfortable the whole time. The staff was offering massages to every single costumer around me while they got their nails done except for me. I assume it's because I'm a male, which I understand might be unique but that does not mean that I should receive less quality service. I also am a paying customer, I tipped BOTH nail techs that worked on me and still received half-quality service.

This was by far the absolute worst pedicaure of my life! I’ve been getting pedicures year round for 12 years. The young women, who looked like she was in college, was awful! She felt like feet were gross, she didn’t bother to push back cuticles, or clean around cuticles. It was like I put my feet in water, then she dried them and painted them. I could have done that for free. My nails were uneven and paint was everywhere on my feet when I left. Like now it’s kind of comical how bad she was. But I was pissed! He absolute worst ever! I am calling this place and telling the owner, she needs to have a talk with this women. She should not be employed at a nail spa. If she doesn’t like feet...
