Took my young friend to Postinos to celebrate her 21st birthday… a big deal. The food was excellent, no complaint there. The service is another story. Our original waiter was very nice. Took our appetizer order, delivered it and he never returned to our table. I later saw him lounging outside talking to a girl. We casually enjoyed our appetizer, took our time, sat there with dirty dishes for quite awhile then finally flagged down another wait person. We relocated to an outdoor table. Our new waitress took our lunch order. Took awhile to get our food but when we got it, it was truly delicious. Our waitress was very impersonal, did minimal amount of work waiting on us. We were there for 4 hours, partly enjoying ourselves but mostly because the service was not attentive and we sat waiting for our meal and dessert for a very long time. Good food, good atmosphere. Will I be back? Absolutely NOT. For me the service is a big part of the experience. There was nothing personal about our experience. Just sit there, wait for someone to acknowledge you then you are just a number. Here’s your food, I’m busy, good bye. Maybe it was a bad day, but I did expect better service . Especially when I went to dinner somewhere else earlier this week to celebrate my 28th wedding anniversary and had the most delightful and attentive waitress who made our experience totally awesome. To you my 21 year old guest was just about mouth to feed. But to me she is an extra special human being who was celebrating a very...

Eddy, the general manager ended up saving the day and getting our food remade to the way it should be thank you so much Eddy. He also didn’t charge us for the meal redone the correct way. A friend and I came in and each got the OMG grilled cheese with the tomato soup. The first picture reflects what initially came out an extremely hard & dry and tiny burned sandwich. When the server dropped it off at the table, we didn’t see her again until after we talked to the general manager to ask for our bill at the stand at the front door. We were about to leave and never return. We had both been here before on separate occasions with other friends and loved this grilled cheese sandwich. This time OMG was for OMG don’t break a tooth. 🫤 In the end, Eddy had the kitchen fix the sandwiches and they were then delicious the way we remembered. I want to give a service of five to Eddy. And a service of zero to our server. She was very un attentive & was on the patio, there was nobody out there to wait on. It was absolutely ridiculous, the friend with me ended up tipping her way more than she should’ve by mistake, but oh well. She realized after we left she actually gave her 18% for poor service. Anyhow, it started out as a disaster with food being a zero ended up being good with food being a five as we both remembered. We said we will both come back but both her and I said we would remember the waitress so that we never get her again. She should have caught how bad the...

I have been to this location a handful of times and this time just left a bad taste in my mouth. When my friend and I sat down we thought it was gonna be a regular outing and people were very attentive and checking if we needed anything etc. the second we ordered our first round of drinks and food our server, Jordyn C was no where to be found. We saw him waiting on other tables and made eye contract with him to show we wanted to order another glass of wine especially when it was happy hour and it felt like we were being completely ignored. Then after 15 minutes or so he finally came back over and we ordered another glass of wine and asked for to go boxes. He brought the boxes fairly quick with the wine and then we were chatting etc, but the next time he came over wasn’t to check if we needed anything else etc but just handed us the check. I was extremely irritated with this because I actually wanted to order another glass of wine and we wanted to split the check. There was just a complete lack of service in his process and It felt like he was having a bad day, didn’t want to be at work etc and I understand because I work in a customer facing job, but the customer should never know that and it made me not want to come to this location anymore, because I borderline had to question if it was because we were his only black table in the establishment. Very...

This location has been hit or miss since it’s conception. Below is a photo of a recent takeout order, but lately they have missed the make in terms of in person dining too. Specifically regarding allergies. Im celiac and so I’m aware of the risk that I assume when dining out. However I try to at least make an attempt to ask questions. That said, my waitress really missed the mark when it came to addressing my concerns. At first she genuinely seemed to care! Even going as far as to say that she consulted her celiac coworker and told me that all of the wines were “safe.” Trusting her word I ordered a Glass and not even 20 minutes later I got sick. As a night continued she attempted to claim she, herself is celiac (she wasn’t.) and then prompted me to order something I knew I couldn’t eat. furthermore, when a manager stop by our table and asked if there was anything they could do for us, my waitress decided to chime in once again, but this time she claimed I had a “ dairy allerg” needless to say my Celiac is something that can put me in the hospital if not taken seriously. And due to the carelessness of waitress, paired with her lack of knowledge and false claims in order to get her higher check/tip; I can guarantee that I will not be back to this location. Something that is really unfortunate given that I was a frequent patron

I do not drink alcohol so I just came for the food. It did not disappoint. I got a prosciutto and Brie panini, it had great flavor although the jam was put on a bit too heavy and made it a little too sweet for my liking. The side salad had a tasty mustard dressing. I also got a prickly pear lemonade which was super tasty. The real star of the show was the bruschetta board my wife got. The board comes with 4 different bruschettas you can pick from a list of 12. The smoked salmon one was phenomenal. The only one that was a little underwhelming was the mozzarella, tomato and basil as all the others had so much complexity to their flavors, this one felt plain in comparison. Service was fine and the atmosphere was fun. It’s a bit pricey as it was 50 dollars for a lunch for two, but in my opinion well worth the price. I imagine if you order alcohol in addition to food that would only drive up the cost. There’s a free parking garage just around the corner if you don’t want to park on the street.
