Rumor Nails — Local services in Denver

I really wanted to like this place because my mom loves to get pedicures here. However the service I went in for was not satisfactory. I got a rebase from them mind you the nails I already had on were on for about a month and I could have went another week or two with them on if I wanted to. Anyways I got the rebase from them less than a week ago and they have already grown out and need to be redone again.... I should have been able to enjoy these nails for at least two weeks. Another thing is the basic quality of nails they made me leave with. They honestly looked terrible, I told the technicians how I felt about the nails shape during her shaping them and I asked her to NOT do three coats because it started making my nails look obviously fake/bulky. She just kept saying “that’s how we do them, it the best way. Etc etc” completely disregarding what I said. I brought it up to her before my payment and contemplated asking her to take them off and letting her know I won’t be paying but then I realized the acrylics I came in with cost more than the rebase itself so I’d really be losing money. Anyways I personally will only go her for pedicures from now on. I really need to find a professional acrylic nail shop. This place and many other have very very outdated...

I came here about 6-7 months back with my boyfriend. We both had high hopes, as it was our first time here and it is close to our apartment. We were excited for this to become our place, however this was not a good experience at all. I got a regular mani/pedi and he got a regular pedicure (no polish). Price was decent, but the experience was awful. The water my feet were in was cold, Luke warm at best. Everything was rushed. Not the cleanest salon either. It's hard to relax when half of the other room ( to the right of the massage chairs if you are sitting in them) looks like a broom closet. The massage chairs were very worn (not a big deal), but the utensils were not clean. The tools were not wrapped or sanitized. They were just pulled out of a drawer. The pumice stone was obviously very worn and used MANY times before as it was dirty. The paint job was okay. What I expected at that price. I will be looking elsewhere for...

This place is HORRIBLE! 1st off they didn't arrive until 915 although they're supposed to open at 9. I was already behind so I couldn't go anywhere else. I had shellac and the lady immediately started scratching the polish off with w her fingernails and you could literally see the scratch marks on my nail bed. I asked her if she could soak them or use cotton she told me they didn't have cotton as I LOOKED RIGHT AT IT! When I pointed it out she said "oh well that will take more time which cost more money." TF she then called her sister Holly to finish soaking my nails. Holly had thee WORST attidue EVER. Customer service is definitely not an interest of theirs as she told me "you can always go somewhere else," and that my friend is EXACTLY...
