Manicured — Local services in Denver

A sup-par experience both times I’ve gone in. The first time the pedicure was okay but no massage chair, and the manicure/dip nails turned out very well and cute—major props to that nail artist. However, I made an appointment about 2 weeks ago for today to be told that because I didnt select that I want a design that they don’t have the time to do it. What makes me upset is that a walk-in lady came in after me and when she inquired about a 15-20 minute removal, they said they could take her 45 mins after my appointment was supposed to start; she left so obviously there is time available. They did offer to do the simple lemon design on my bare nails which absolutely defeated the whole point of coming in for extending my tip length and to make them pretty before a trip. I give this place a two star rating due to the fact that not only do you have to know every single detail that you’re going to want with your appointment before you go in, but that you can’t even work with the nail artist to create nails that are pieces of art in the moment. They were not willing to work with me at all, and I’m further upset that I took valuable time out of my day with loved ones to do something special for myself, and to be then be turned away. I will be taking my money elsewhere...

I had Gelx done and she really spent her time the art was amazing! And she was really nice! My co worker raved about this salon I was going on vacation and I booked this appointment and even took the day off to get this gelx manicure done.

I had a wonderful experience vibes are great but just a little disappointed that within 1 week one of my nails fell off. I messaged the nail tech and she offered a couple time slots that unfortunately didn’t work with my schedule and with such short notice I usually plan ahead of time for my nails since I’m pretty busy all week. After that Initial outreach another nail fell off 3 days after. May have been a miscommunication but I was under the impression these were suppose to last 3-4 weeks? Anyways I’m just a little upset because $140 and only lasted me a week seems pretty unfortunate, I can say she did offer me time slots or to get my fix with a different nail tech.

With a busy schedule and a last minute issue I was not able to come in.

Amazing place just wished they lasted longer how could we prevent this from happening again? Because I really loved the art but don’t want to spend $140 for one...

3 stars because I love their mission and the way they use eco-friendly products. It was a cute salon, and I'm bummed the service wasn't great for the investment. The dip itself is uneven, with visible bumps. I also got a french tip and that was done with actual paint (vs. white dip) and I was so excited.

My nail tech started very methodically with the white paint, drawing it on with a super small, precise brush. It was a little thick but nothing to complain about, I was happy. Then her next client came in, and I felt the pressure for her to move faster. She stopped using the precise brush and went for a thicker and quicker method. It unfortunately showed - there's stray white lines, the white is streaky and see through in some places, and the lines are uneven across the nail. Also left with a few cuts on my fingers, paint on my skin, and my nail beds/sides of my nails didn't get cleaned up at all.

I'm really bummed because their social medias look incredible and the level of work being showcased is flawless. It just didn't translate into my manicure :/
