Rocket Fizz — Attraction in Denver

Rocket Fizz is a neat little candy store tucked away in the Northfield shopping center. Upon entering, you’ll notice that it actually stocks more soda than candy, but that just makes it more interesting to explore the variety of flavors. As a big fan of chocolate, I appreciated their selection, some of which brought back childhood memories. Exercising some self-control, I only bought one chocolate bar. After chatting with the helpful employee, I chose a Hammond’s Chocolate bar, a local chocolate producer. Unfortunately, the malt chocolate bar I picked tasted dry, but I’m treating that as a one-off experience. Forgot to post the other day, fail on me. I visited this store to look for random fun gifts, and this store NEVER fails me. I am always able to find just really awesome things at reasonable prices.

That being said, the service I receive is normally fantastic. But, when I went in on this past Tuesday I was blown away. The gifts I was looking for were decently specific. Well, Ryane went above and beyond! She went in the back and went through an entire box of merchandise (at least 30min) with me over her shoulder peeking from in the store. I was really looking forward to this new candy shop. It had all kinds of candies I couldn’t find in stores. So about 15 minutes go by and I’m super hyped. Little did I know that hype was about to change. My brother picked up a fidget spinner they were selling and he was playing with it for awhile. He ended up dropping it and the manager yells at him, “you just damaged that product, you need to buy it” everyone thought he was joking, even the employees working there.
