Xpress Auto Transport — Attraction in Denver

I have never written a review, but for how much I was kept in the dark about everything made me write this. I asked for my drivers information many times was never given any information. I have no idea how there are so many good reviews when nothing they said has happened to me. I have to consistently reach out to their company to get any information about my car, no phone calls or emails. My car was estimated to get here on 2/10 but the truck shipping my car broke down on Saturday 2/8. So for the next 3 days no one reached out to me, which I assumed my car was going to arrive on Monday. If I had known the drivers number or even was kept up to date, I would not have needed to panic about going to work without a car, nor needed to explain where all my stuff is. I don’t expect perfect arrival, but they have kept my car from the 5th of February to now the 12 or 13th of this month. I am beyond regretful of choosing this company, who I have tried to be patient with. All I can hope now is my car gets here on the new estimated date and that it doesn’t stay for any longer, anyone who wishes to use this company just hope you don’t end up on my end of the spectrum and end up waiting a week to get your car and have no one reach out to help while you consistently call to see where your possession...

I shipped my car with Xpress Auto Transport in Denver and I had a really good experience from start to finish. I was moving for school and needed my car in Arizona fast. I called them on a Monday and they had a driver ready to pick up by Wednesday. The booking process was simple and the person I spoke with was friendly and didn’t try to rush me. The driver showed up on time and walked around the car with me to make sure everything was noted before loading it. He also gave me his number so I could reach him during the trip. My car got delivered one day early and arrived in perfect shape. No scratches no dents no problems at all. I liked that the price stayed the same and they didn’t try to charge me extra once the car was picked up. The whole process felt honest and easy. They also answered the phone each time I called which made me feel like they actually care. I would use Xpress Auto Transport again for sure and already told my roommate to book with them. They did a great job and made the whole thing...

Dont use this company.I booked 8 days A way no one got in contact with me 2 days before , I called I was told they would give me more information the next day the day of them picking it up.No one called.I called them and the price went from $550 to $900 and a course.No one picked up.Because that's not the Price that they quoted me. I don't understand how they can do stuff like that when it was a contract that we signed the date that I made this agreement. Warning , do not use...
