Do not come here at all. This was my first time and I am writing my review now 3 days after I got my nails done because I cannot believe how bad they look. What you see in these photos cost $75. I got a regular pedicure (no gel) and a refill. The person who did my feet also did my nails so I had no different person doing my nails or feet in case any one thought maybe one person did my feet and one did my nails as a lot of shops do. (Not a bad thing for someone to do both I’m just adding context to my review) The original color I picked (which is on my toes) was down to its last which she had to of seen because she had to keep dabbing it onto my nails for each coat. I wish I could have taken a picture of how bad that polish job was. I even showed the person next to me to make sure I wasn’t crazy with how bad it looked. It was so blotchy and you can see right through it. I was trying to trust the process but when she went to put the top coat I had to stop her because no way could she have thought that’s how nails should look. She had to re-drill and file my nails down to get that polish off. She was trying to act like she agreed the color looked bad but it had nothing to do with the color and everything to do with.. there’s no more in there. And she didn’t even throw it out she put it back on the shelf. I even said “you should throw that one out” she ignored me. I hope no one else picks that color because you will experience the same. Now she does this polish on me and the pictures show that these were terrible too but at that point I wanted to leave I was so annoyed! She was complaining that she was tired and during my service she kept stopping my nails to listen to what someone was saying to another customer. She also nicked my cuticles on my toes and nails several times and said nothing about it no sorry or anything. She didn’t ask if I wanted my nails cut down.. didn’t shape them.. barely buffed them down to be even as you can see they are still bumpy. If i wasn’t so annoyed I wouldn’t have tipped at all. I had a $20 and asked for change and instead of giving me singles she gave me two tens and when I looked at her like I clearly don’t want to give you a $10 tip she said it snarky “oh you did want singles?” Girl take this $10 I will NEVER be back. Do not go in there to get a single thing done. 0 stars if I could. I wasn’t even going to write a review but looking at my toes now I want to spare the next person wasting their time and money going to this salon. It was like she even forgot I got a pedicure because she looked down and then got up to go get cuticle oil, slapped it on my toes and told me I was done. Pictures prove otherwise. Then she almost charged me $80. I said “how much was the refill?” Then she said oh wait then charged me $75 =/ spare yourself the headache.

He denied my son access to the bathroom as I sat their waiting my turn. I couldn’t understand why they refused me services. I find out that their former employees (Johnny and his Wife) that I was serviced by before were on bad terms with the manager and that’s why he turned me down and denied me service. Told me to go back to who did my nails before. Referring to The former couple who use to work with them. Which I have nothing to do with whatever they have against these former employees workplace issues. Unbelievable and unacceptable! I’ve never been treated like this and to yell at my son because he’s used the bathroom is crazy Reply to owner: NO NAIL SALON SHOULD TURN ANY CUSTOMER AWAY FOR NAIL SERVICE IF THEY ARE PROFESSIONALS AND GOOD AT WHAT THEY DO! THIS OWNER IS POSTING EXCUSES! SINCE WHEN DOES HAVING “THICK NAILS” GET YOU DENIED SERVICES! Simply REFILL THEM REPAIR THEM! VIP NAILS DIDNT COMPLAIN THEY WERE VERY WELCOMING, GAVE SNACKS, LET MY SON USE THE BATHROOM! This was my first time at this salon and I was a walk in. They were busy, so I had to wait a while, but knowing that we can't defy the laws of walk in supply and demand, that's totally fine. While I and others were waiting, several times the owner let us know how long it would be for each of us, seats were offered to those standing, thanks were given for our patience, and they even offered refreshments to some who had been waiting a while. My pedi turned out beautiful, even, and fresh looking. My technician was thorough and skilled, and took his time even though as a result he had to stay after closing to work on his last appointment. So having read some great reviews and some disgruntled reviews, I'm convinced the latter customers were either impatient or unreasonable. I recommend this nail salon! Since they seem to get busy, try to make an appointment if you can, but if not I'm sure they will still make your experience pleasant, like mine.

This was my first time at this salon and I was a walk in. They were busy, so I had to wait a while, but knowing that we can't defy the laws of walk in supply and demand, that's totally fine. While I and others were waiting, several times the owner let us know how long it would be for each of us, seats were offered to those standing, thanks were given for our patience, and they even offered refreshments to some who had been waiting a while. So having read some great reviews and some disgruntled reviews, I'm convinced the latter customers were either impatient or unreasonable. I recommend this nail salon! Since they seem to get busy, try to make an appointment if you can, but if not I'm sure they will still make your experience pleasant, like mine.

I thought this was a nice salon and Tina use to be so nice but maybe she was having a bad day. I went there a couple days ago and I usually let the guy tech do my nails but I took a chance with someone else, another lady nail tech and she somehow got nail polish all over my legs. The lady tried to use alcohol even after I told her I break out easily, and for some strange reason, not only insisted on using it but she tried to dry the polish on my leg with a UV light! I knew it was going to go downhill when Tina gave me a evil stare before the lady even started. The lady nail tech also kept bumping the gel UV light all over my toenails which caused it to mess up the polish. I had a French pedicure and asked if they could fix it after I paid and they told me it was either because of old nail polish or a chipped nail my and it couldn't be fixed. I was about to report them to the management office but it was a Sunday so I went back into the salon and Tina told me it couldn't be fixed until the next day, because they were "busy," I told her I had to work and she didn't care. The lady tech who originally messed up my nails, decided to fix it after saying it couldn't be fixed and realized it was the polish she messed up. I decided to never go back to that salon ever again and for now on, I will be using a private nail technician. Nail boutique staff are extremely rude and disrespectful. I think Tina only pretended to be nice to me back in the winter because they were slow, now business is picking up because of the summer, she decided to show her true colors...
