Master wok — Restaurant in Deptford Township

I visited this place on 04/03/2025 approximately 3:45pm. “ I paid for food THEY REFUSED TO GIVE ME FOOD THAT I PAID FOR”I was met with a lady who said her name was AI. After ordering my food I paid with Apple Pay . I watched the money come out my account. Since a reciept didn’t come out this lady said I didn’t pay. When in fact I did pay. There were 2 other workers there who I also alerted that I paid by showing them the payment on my phone. I told the lady just because a receipt doesn’t come out that doesn’t mean someone didn’t pay. I showed this incompetent lady several times that the money came out my account. Even still they continue to STEAL, my money. The food is lukewarm, which most likely sitting there for hours and looked unsanitary no one wearing gloves to my knowledge. Avoid this place. And yes I will be signing a complaint with the local police. In the photo will show my payment she said I didn’t make , pending and I’ll show one where it posted. Master Wok is in the Deptford Mall food court on the upper level. I don't expect too much from mall food court Chinese, so I'd say the variety and quality of the food is acceptable even if it is on the mediocre side. Although service is fast, attempting to ask for anything other than the two-item combo special is an exercise in bridging a communication gap. The lady working is was very mean, she refused to give me an extra fork. When I took a picture of the business for review, the man thought it would be appropriate to confront me and ask why I am taking a picture, then proceeded to take my picture.
