I took my phone in to be repaired because I had a crack on my screen but my phone was still functioning just fine I got it repaired because I was tired of seeing it cracked! the first time I got it fixed the phone would go completely black for long periods of time so I returned for it to get fixed. The repair man in the store tried to tell me that it was because my phone was cracked but as stated my phone was working perfectly fine i just hated seeing it cracked. So he fixed it and a few days after the phone continued to do the same thing go black and freeze so I took it back again and now he advised me that he would used the most high quality screen and it shouldn't happen again now this is my second time going out of my way to go back to get my screen fix and I don't live close! Not even an hour of me leaving and getting half way home the phone completely shut off so I had to turn around and go back and this is now number 3. Read moreI think it’s high time for an honest review of this place. I took my phone there for a battery replacement about 2-3 months ago if not less. The guy did replace the battery for $45.00 with a 30 day warranty in exchange for a 5 star rating on Google. People, save your reviews till you can actually gauge the workmanship and longevity of the parts. Needless to say, I ended up back at his shop because the battery stopped working. I requested him to replace the battery for which he told me he would charge for it again. I told him I wasn’t going to pay and that he should be fixing it for free. A phone battery shouldn’t be giving issues after 2-3 months of use and if it does, that means there’s a major problem. After playing the bargain game, I had to pay 50.00. I know they buy their batteries from Amazon at a cheap cost. These aren’t made to last as they would want you to believe. And if you try asking Apple to replace the battery after going to this shoddy store, well then you are outta luck because they will deem it damaged and won’t touch it.
