Sunglass Hut — Attraction in Deptford Township

I ordered my mothers Christmas gift online for same day pick up within 2 hours on December 22nd as it stated that if you would like your order by Christmas choose in store pickup. Long story short it is Monday 12/27 two days after Christmas and it’s still not at the store or ready for pickup. Spoke with a store manager at the deptford location on 12/26 who promised that he would get this resolved and pick them up from ups if need be only for me to get up and here it is the next day and NOTHING. I took the next steps and called the 1800 number as that is the corporate to be told by another manager that they are in transit TO THE STORE because they were out of stock (which wasn’t stated) and they don’t have a ETA and that the most she could do is give 20%off when I asked to be refunded and they just keep the glasses then she hung up the phone saying I’m not letting her talk ! I came in to get Meta glasses for my girlfriend and a pair of Oakley sunglasses for myself. Instead of giving me the pair of glasses my girlfriend wanted which were the normal, non transition lenses she gave me the transition lenses that are more expensive. I end up getting my sunglasses for 40% off but then when I find out that my Girlfriends are wrong I go back to try to exchange them. The employee says they are all out of the ones I asked for on my first trip and he says he doesn’t know how to do a refund. So I have to go to another store and get my refund. At the other store they take my 40% off of my sunglasses off because I am returning the other glasses. Message to management of sunglass hut to be noticed & please take action against store manager Colin at dept fort location. We simply wanted to return ray ben sunglasses with in 30 days with receipt & he refused saying there is mark which no one could see but he keep insisting ... then we asked 3 other customers in store to get unbiased opinion & customers confirmed there is “no “ mark it’s in perfect condition but still store manager won’t return . Though same day we returned to another location of sunglass hut in Gloucester premium outlet without any trouble , I attach return receipt for proof .. there you go proof of his lie!!!
