overall conclusion: this shop and the people who work here are all scammers and pray and use vulnerable people who don’t have much money to make a living and profit. Please PLEASE don’t give them your money or go!!!they don’t know how to properly fix phones and use cheap materials, where your phone is destined to not work again and break or malfunction. THE MALL SECURITY men told me this and that they scam people regularly and that they don’t know how they’re still in business. apparently they get so many complaints from customers! This was during the end of 2024.

EDIT: it has been about two years since i wrote this fake review, and I have a lot to say. They told me to write them a good review so that I could get a screen protector for free i believe, or a discount on my new phone screen. most of their good reviews are FAKE written as a bribe for customers to get a discount or free item.

for some context, this old review was written the first time I went to this shop, after that I went three more times to fix my phone screen.

the second time I went, about 8 months later, i had no where else to go so I was happy to go there for a cheaper price than apple. the otter box they gave me for my phone ended up breaking and not working properly, and a couple months after that my phone broke IN the otter box.

So, after my phone broke, I went back to the fix and told them i needed a screen repair, they fixed it, saying their screens are high quality from apple (they are not and a real apple technician at the mall told me how fake my new phone screen looked).

After I got my new screen that time, THAT NIGHT, my phone started to function. mind you, when I got my phone fixed that one time, the worker told me that I could come in for any reason at all if i was having phone issues and i could get my phone fixed. it had a 30 day warranty and he guaranteed that for me.

when i went back before 30 days to get it fixed, he said i could not get it fixed because i had broken it. i told him it was malfunctioning and that’s why i came back, i did crack the screen accidentally but it needed to be fixed.

the worker at the desk was the cruelest meanest apathetic person i had ever met and he was laughing while i was tearing up trying to explain to him my situation. they are really evil guys who work there. PLEASE DONT GO! He wanted me to pay like $150 and told me it was a discount but that’s there ploy and how they make you pay. it’s NOT a discount for you, that’s just their prices and how they do business with anyone.

they are scammers and don’t actually properly fix your phone, your phone WILL have problems after the fix it (glitches, the screen won’t work) and you will have to come back

“I came to this place to get my front screen fixed because it was busted pretty bad. There were dark spots and cracks everywhere. One of the employees named AJ told me he could fix it in less than 10 minutes and i was so surprised! be fixed my phone in around 7 minutes and it looks absolutely phenomenal! it’s like I just bought it new! the service here is amazing and fast and AJ was so professional. I’m very satisfied!”

I went to The Fix on Sunday, Sept. 4th and it was a great experience! I needed to get my iPhone fixed because the right and left sides of the lightning port where the charger connects to my phone were bent and sticking outwards like they shouldn’t do/be. The connector wouldn’t fit inside my phone thus not being able to charge. I brought my phone in to Abhi, one of the employees, and he told me it would be a quick fix, no longer than a 20 minute wait, and he gave me a very reasonable price to fix it. It was MUCH cheaper than if I would have had to file a claim with my wireless insurance company, so I was relieved he could fix it. It didn’t even end up taking the whole 20 minutes, and he worked on my phone while talking and helping other customers, so they didn’t have to wait, either. I picked out a phone case (they have the biggest selection I have ever seen and for all different types of phones and devices) and when I went back up to the counter I met the manager/owner, Geo. Both men were very friendly and nice and gave 5 star customer service not only to me but to the other customers in the store. They work diligently and quickly, which I appreciated. Geo gave me the phone case I wanted as a courtesy and I really appreciated his kindness and generosity! I will definitely be back and tell everyone I know to come here with their problems! Can’t beat the service, price, etc!

The store was well-lit and very clean. The phone accessories and cases are neatly arranged on shelves so you can actually pick them up to see them firsthand and not just through a box like every other store! I really liked that because sometimes looks can be deceiving… quality products, amazing assortment and variety, and they are willing to give you a good price.

probably one of the worst and most expensive place to get your phone fixed. Broke my phone and went to fix it $350 !!! Got it back after 3 days, thought it was brand new… I was out with family and showed them it is fixed. But a couple minutes later tried to adjust the screen light I saw a green line right through the phone and it wasn’t fixed properly. Came back to them and told them it wasn’t working properly. They said they would fix it again and I came back after 2 days and it looked brand new again. But little did I know later on the phone just completely turned white. It didn’t work! I went back for the 3rd time ! I told them to fix right because it’s there not showing the best work. They told me that I had to pay this time for them to actually fix it. I said no because on the receipt it said it had warranty for some days and now they can’t fix it after them not doing it properly. So I just sent somewhere else. This just shows that they scam you and you should not go there at all. Stay away! there is a different place to fix your phone here at west county, next to hollister. It’s not called “the fix”. They have better work and better prices for...
