I spent hours shopping here today and spent over $300 just to be profiled by the “team leader” Jake. I could feel him watching me and lost count of how many times I made eye contact with him while I shopped. Sylvia was trying to help me with a fitting room when he came out of nowhere and interrupted her. Jake was very confrontational telling me that I could only take TWO items into the fitting room at a time this “late” before closing because they supposedly have had issues with people filling up carts before closing and walking out without paying… it was around 7:05pm and yes, I had two carts full of items by the fitting room, NOT the front doors. Where was his logic? I didn’t feel comfortable using the dressing room after interacting with him. I ended up trying clothes on in the middle of the store so he could watch my every move to prevent him from accusing me of stealing… After I checked out, I saw I didn’t receive the discount for the yellow tagged items and asked if it could be corrected. Jake preceded to tell Sylvia that she needs to do better right in front of me over the discount not being on there, then walked away without saying anything else. It was not Sylvia’s fault, she was great. The assistant manager was very helpful and was able to refund me. Meanwhile, Jake stood by the door looking in our direction until I went to leave and he immediately walked away from the door and didn’t open the door or offer any kind of assistance. This employee's words and actions reflect on the...

My husband, son and I shopped at this store in Destin last Friday night! Was surprised they were open so late.....'til 9! We got there at 7 and stayed 'til almost Found so many things there that we needed! I don't like to "shop" big stores. I like to go in and get what I need and get out! Been needing to purchase curtains for the living room for YEARS and found exactly what I needed/wanted at this Goodwill for only $10. Also been needing a lamp for the living room but, it had to be a special lamp, not just any old lamp. Found the PERfect lamp and it looks so good in the living room! I am PLEASANTLY surprised at how well the store was kept! Nice, neat and in order! All employees, about 6 of them, were so nice and helpful. We spent $56 in there and that was just so much fun! We live in Cantonment, Florida and just happened to wander to Destin that evening! So glad we did! Anxious to go back! To all the employees last Friday...

Don’t donate to this extremely overpriced joke of a store.. Feel free to check the CEO salary for this location, it’s public info. $400k+ with bonuses and has been growing yearly. In just one year, the CEO had a raise of over $100k in salary. And people wonder why they increase prices. That is where your money goes, not the community. If you donate here, thinking someone in the community will get it, you’re wrong. They ship your items off to get sold online, if it has any value. You’re not helping the community shopping/donating here. You’re lining a CEOs pockets. No returns, but they’ll sure still mark up trashy stained clothes you can get from Bealls outlet. Sorry, but the only people giving this place a good review are tourists and elderly that don’t have a clue how to...

I bought a Large Red steel tool box for $9.99. It had a little dust on the outside. On the inside there was a dead bug carcass and a live bug roaming around. I told the checkout lady. She said she doesn’t like bugs do not to open it up. Bugs or no bugs, I know I got an awesome deal. Those are at least eighty to one hundred dollars if you get it from anywhere else. So I’m super happy. Now at work I can lock up my important tools and my employees won’t be able to “borrow” and not return the tools. When you own a business, nothing is sacred that is in the building. Everything is free game.

This was the oddest goodwill I have ever been in. The front end is all pricey stuff and the Fortnite prices make zero sense. A stained sectional was 3k but a dresser was $30. A table was $30 but the chairs are 10 each. A stained dirty chair was $15. The back section has the normal good will prices. It is NOT as nice as the front of the store. I found brand new shoes for $20 and old worn down shoes for $15. The pricing is all over the place. The customer service was meh but the store was very clean.

Always overpriced, but today...pj's is what is on the list. Regularly $3.49 (womens) currently, if anything Christmas is on it.. $9-$11, per PIECE, and used... over the cost of new. Way to go Goodwill, gouging at its best and just in time for the holidays. Good job making all the extra cash from Donated items. Try to remember, some people HAVE to shop at thrift stores to get by. Meanwhile, I'd rather put my belongings on the side of the road than donate to such establishments.
