Destin and Fort Walton Beach Ross needs a lot of customer training and hospitality services. Not everyone that walks through their doors are a tourist that they will never see again. I suggest Ross send Management and employees to Niceville and train all their employees what it's like to be in the customer service business. It's not about telling a customer you can't get a large rug for them because you're a cashier who's just standing there with their phone in their hands while talking to other cashiers and security who have nothing to do because school has started and a lot of folks have gone home. I have never been told in Niceville that they have no one that can help me find an item or get a rug for me. Niceville has taken large rugs and mirrors and loaded them for me. They have even taken the time to call the Destin and Fort Walton Beach store to see if they had a particular margarita glass I was looking for. The employees are so courteous and welcoming which comes from the way the management works with them to get the job done and shows them respect as well as appreciation for the great job they do. When you walk through the door they welcome you and when you check out they thak you and invite you to come back soon. Even if you leave with making a purchase they thank you and invite you to come back soon. Great job Niceville Ross management and...

EVEN IF I NEVER STAYED THERE they still had to charge me. I called several times requesting to speak with the manager, each time getting the run around. This p.o.s. hotel can keep my...
