Unknowledgeable. No one can ever answer any questions or have anything to say about any of the products other than they’ve used them or not. Every other store I’ve been into has knowledgeable bud tenders who know about the growing process, consumption and storage. This business seems to be run by a group of bullies. Far from the image they are portraying. They have a few unique ‘flavors’ that make this location worth stopping at but that’s it. Otherwise there are many other cannabis distributors with far better selections and price offerings for their community. Hoping this business can provide more to the community than a slight alternative to the old way of doing business in the D. They handed out items on 4/20 that they knew were bad (I was made to wait for a defective item) and when asked about said item they threw up their hands and referred me to the manufacturer. Woah. Staff has always been professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. Sometimes I'm really bad at explaining myself and they have always been understanding!
And side bonus- there is a garden outside that is incredibly peaceful.
Oh and their loyalty program is one of the best I've...

While walking to the place I saw a girl with pink hair who works there walking there as well. I waved and she crossed the street ti the other side which is pretty racist and toxic.
As a black man I see this happen regularly. Someone will cross the street when I’m minding my own business walking, or if I sit down on a bench they clutch their purse and place it in the other side. But usually those are STRANGERS.
Not someone who works at a place where I am a regular customer. Pink hair girl is very obviously racist.
Not ti mention I came out of a gated community. A sign that I clearly do not need to rob anyone. So, I am...
