The nurse who administered the treatment was incredibly professional, demonstrating both expertise and care throughout the procedure. What really stood out to me was the friendliness and helpfulness of the entire staff. I usually don't write reviews but I found it necessary for this place! The first time I got lip filler was  by Ny. I had very thin lips and wanted a nice natural pout, but I was also a little scared to look fake.  Ny walked me through every step and we discussed what I wanted, and she kept me in the loop through the entire process- with what she was doing and allowing me to use the mirror to reassess if I wanted more and what she was going to define and allowed me to be a part of the entire process. First off the staff is absolutely amazing here! They are so sweet, on top of everything and most importantly make you feel at home. My first experience here was outstanding with Ny who did lip Botox on me! She made sure I felt extremely comfortable and at peace! I did choose to use the topical numbing cream which made the pain tolerable! Truly I thank Deluxe Medical Spa and Ny for this whole process and experience!  I LOVED the results.
