The only good thing I can say about my visit was they had the cleanest whitest floors I have seen in any store in a long time. ( Obviously freshly cleaned and waxed.) The sad part is that by the time I and other customers left there were black tracks all over the floors. These were tire tracks from the disgusting filthy shopping buggies! 3 of the 4 wheels barely rolled with the 4 th not rolling at all. I was trying to physically force a buggy through the store with all kinds of HAIR/ STRING and OTHER YUCK AND MUCK. I tried to remove it with pulling myself, an easy task with a pair of needle nose pliers or a pair of scissors or cutting blade. The saddest part is there were multiple buggies throughout the store with merchandise to be put up just sitting around that would push instead of FORCE THROUGH THE STORE. But as I entered the store there was ONLY 1 available for me to choose from. And I literally mean only 1. Now on to merchandise I needed sewing 🧵 thread. It was ROTTEN! or totally unworthy of using in a sewing machine. And the selection of NON EXISTENT! I tested the threads with an 8 to 10 inches pull and the rotten stuff just snapped! There is not anything more aggravating than to try and sew and have to rethread your machine 10 times in a 2 foot sew. .... I drove roughly 28 miles 1 way thinking I might be able to find what I needed only to be disappointed by the lack of product both fabric and thread, not to mention NO EMPLOYEES TO ASSIST YOU TO CUT SAID FABRIC IF I HAD OF FOUND SOMETHING....... very bad experience and I have no intention of going back. I will go to the local Walmart with their low stock and selection or chance ordering from Amazon before I ever waste my time or money going back into the Douglasville store. Or probably any...
Read moreWe frequent this store. Shaunacey who works in the framing Dept is AMAZING! She's extremely knowledgeable adout matt and frame selections. Shes fast, friendly, and patient. We love to see her when were there. I would suggest asking for her when you need framing. You can call in to see when she's working.
Were at this location a lot having our art framed. Weve gotten framing in Buckhead and Tucker, and out near Stone Mountain. We love coming to this location the most. Weve been helped by Seth, a younger male rep, and four other ladies in framing, Shauncee is the best. I make it my business to tell her my experience with the others when she's not there. She makes our experience easy and it never takes a long time.
Measuring the drawing, choosing colored mattes that coordinate, frames, and sizing the mattes to match our clients needs are all very important factors in getting art work framed. Shauncee is the best to do it!!!! Well worth having your framing done at this location.
The store is clean and organized. Most of the staff weve met are friendly and helpful. The women's bathroom is always clean. I would recommend shopping here.
Attached is a piece of our artwork before and after. Michaels...
Read moreWent in to see if they had any Valentines items and bought two items total $16.35. I gave the guy $15.35 in cash and said the rest on card which was suppose to be $1 on card only. I saw the screen say $6 but didn't think anything of it because he was still putting in the amount I gave to him in cash. Left the store for about 20 minutes check my bank account and say they took $6 off my card and was charged $10.35 in cash when I gave him $15.35 in cash because I just got $15 from target so I know how much cash I had. I go back in to get the extra $5 they owe me back and because it say differently on the receipt there was nothing they could do the same day I would have to come back the next day. I think not I will never shop here again. They couldn't even look at a security camera to see i gave him $15.35 not $10.35. They couldn't even count the draw until the store xlose. I use to work in retail and if something happened like this we would shut down the register for the day and count the money to see if the draw is over but they couldn't do that until the next day that...
