This is a once upon a child that I normally always come to, and this is probably my third or fourth time coming here... I've never had a problem with this location until today.. Today was the worst service that I've ever gotten! I drove from 30 minutes away but it took me 50 minutes because there was traffic due to a car accident on the way.... I got there @ 5:30pm. then when I got there and I brought my items to the counter, the lady told me that it will take a hour and a half to 2hrs them to go to my items, But I never got a message within that time.I pretty much waited around for 2 and a 1/2 hours. And I never got a message. So I tried to call and I didn't get an answer. I drove back up here and The lady that was initially helping me explained everything to me that they didn't get finished going through everything until after they were closed. So I pretty much waited around for 2 and a 1/2 hours. For no reason when I could have just came back tomorrow. Then When I proceeded to go back to my vehicle. But this time has left a very sour taste in our mouth and we will not be coming back due to how my wife was treated! We were checking out and buying our clothes like normal and then we paid and left. Well when we got home my wife felt something wasnt right about what she paid because the cashier checking us out had to ask other employees for help multiple times throughout out checkout process. But none the less my wife was checking the receipt making sure everything added up and noticed that they charged her for a extra item. Which isnt a big deal mistakes happen but its the way my wife was treated upon going up to the store and asking for a refund for the one item she was charged wrongly for. The manager looked at my wife and told her "how do we know you didnt just leave it at home and bring these clothes back"? First off as a manager definitely not how you talk to customers. Secondly maybe make sure youre employees are trained properly on cashing out to avoid these issues. A selected few was taken out of the bins while the majority of it was still folded. Yet, I was told the majority of clothes wasn't taken due to stains and wear. I carefully sort through the clothes to ensure I only selected new or slightly used items. The cashier informed me she wasn't the one who went through the bins. She tried to provide multiple explanations such as, they weren't taking short sleeves and they were overstock for size four. The clothing range from size eight to about fourteen. I couldn't quite wrap my head around the fact that some of the clothes still had tags on them and were folded but yet they went through it and saw there were stains and wear. I would have accepted a reason of just "we're overstocked". The lady before me was told the same thing I was told and decided to take her items back, and I don't blame her. I guess the person who was supposed to go through the clothes in its entirety was a little overwhelmed...
