Highly Recommended for Your Home Projects!!! Made in the USA products!
I came across these guys after over a year and a half researching tiles to remodel my house. I had the hardest time finding porcelain tiles I liked as majority of them out there are really tacky looking and I wanted an onyx look. I went to basic big box floor "I don't care or know enough to help you" stores as well as boutique "we only want to talk to you if you have appointment" places.
In the end I stumbled upon this place and couldn't be more happier. The guys are so nice and friendly here and their business practices and customer services are top notch. No pressure sales, helpful/knowledgeable employees that are ever so kind. They helped me resolve a major issue which I believe other places would probably shrug off and tell me to deal with it.
I love that the tiles I got were made in the USA. Through my research I learned not even to trust made in Italy as many are foreign owned companies that reside in Italy and all you get is a huge markup with 3rd world quality. The result was a fabulous clean look that millionaires can be envious of. I had the pleasure of working with Vincent, Luke and Jacob, some of the nicest guys and this business reminds me why shopping small business makes a huge difference from their treating the customers with respect and doing the right things. I'll definitely come back for future projects and highly recommend them...
Read moreI'm doing a bathroom renovation and was ready to fork out a fair amount of money on tile. As I walked in, I was greeted by a mask-less person at the counter, apparently unaware that we are in the middle of a serious pandemic. I was looking at some really nice tile displays and lingered in front of them while waiting for one of the salespeople to at least ask if there was anything he could help me with. Apparently they were not interested in a possible sale. (Did I not look like I carried a credit card?) I looked around and couldn't find samples that I could purchase, and I also didn't see anything prices associated with their displays. I turned and walked out, as the salespeople stood idly by. One star for being greeted at the door -- and for having some really nice...
Read moreIt's too bad that Tamara had such a bad experience with tile and stone plus. I go here pretty often and they have never been anything but friendly and helpful. As far as I can tell there are only like 3 regular employees who work on the floor full time. If those 3 people are all busy, yes, you may have to wait a bit because they provide really personalized and thoughtful assistance to their customers.
The inventory is definitely focused on more traditional styles (it is Douglasville, Georgia), but they have some contemporary stuff add well. Good products, good people,...
