I haven't eaten there yet, because quite frankly I cannot imagine a burger and fries being worth what they charge. I pick up from there for DoorDash and Uber Eats and I'm not impressed with their pick up system. Which is the same for regular customers. Burger buns just laying out on the dressing tables, and regardless of how busy just 1 or 2 at a time. Everyone waits on fries. Frankly I don't get paid to stand there and twiddle my thumbs. If I'm waiting on burgers and fries I'm not making money and honestly, the customers are waiting longer than necessary. I don't believe I'm the only independent driver (we are independent contractors, not employees of the various platforms) who feels this way.
Eventually drivers will stop taking the orders because they're mostly low paying often 10, 12, 15 plus miles ... and because the customer paid so much for the burgers plus the markups from the delivery platforms they don't have anything left to tip so we don't make any money. and that little fact is part of the reason why I can't even try your too...
Read moreWhy is this place so overprice for burgers, hotdogs and fries? They give you the Medium sized fries and charge you Extra-Large prizes. The burgers are good but you can get bigger ones cheaper at a sit-down restaurants. The don't keep up with the ketchup dispensers as the last two times I have been there there was no ketchup. They got rid of the mustard dispensers, vinegar bottles, and the peanut snack that one used to enjoy as you waited for your order. The whole restaurant's floor are slick but the bathroom floors are worse like they use the same mop from the kitchen. That's a falling hazard even when it is not wet. The soda mixing machines are horrible. Why did they get rid of the old style soda fountains. Why Five Guys ask their customers for tips for all they did is call your order number for you to pick it up at the counter in an big...
Read moreSpouse and I went to the new location today around 3:30pm thinking we would beat the crowd, which we did. Very small restaurant/seating, and parking lot shared with Starbucks so you can only imagine, even at this time of day. Got 2 single hamburgers, 1 fry, 2 drinks, for $25.73. Very pricey but we thought it was gonna taste like it use to at the old place in Douglasville. Burgers had no taste at all and were nothing special. Fries were good but they had loaded them down with salt. Even the free peanuts, no good either, most were raw, few were roasted. Freestyle drink machine good. All in all, should have gone to Burger King and saved $10 and had better tasting food. Still wondering where all those accolade posters come from shouting best burgers,...
