I was craving bad, what we call in San Diego, rolled tacos but on this side of the world taquitos. In SD rolled corn tortilla stuffed with hamburger meat served with lettuce tomatoes, cheese guacamole, and sour cream. Now, I could have made them myself but I was too lazy to shop and cook so someone mentioned that La Fiesta had some. So long story short they were made with chicken so I settled and said hey can't be too bad and they weren't. 4 rolled chicken taquitos with lettuce, guacamole, sour cream, and some chips. The chicken was a little overcooked but it hit the spot and satisfied my taste buds. Will I go back for more? Naw! I'm in search of the real rolled tacos and I may never find them on this side of the world. The ladies that assisted me were nice and it is probably a cool place it was my first time stopping there so don't let this review deter you from stopping in I have lived in Douglasville for 18yrs I am still in search of Cali-style Mexican food.

First time coming here and was not impressed at all. Sweet tea had a weird taste. Like instant tea. Beans didn’t taste right and very thick. There was a hair on my plate under my cheese enchilada after I had been eating on it and not knowing it was under my food! GROSS. The beef had no flavor and same with the steak I tried off my boyfriend’s tacos. Had an odd aftertaste that just did not taste right for carne asada and had no seasoning on the meat. The shredded chicken I thought was the only good thing as well as their cheese dip. The chips were soft and not crunchy at all like any other Mexican place. The place was dead when we got there which was 730pm. Waitress was great though and service. Boyfriend and I agreed we will not be coming back since the food taste very poor and the cooks apparently don’t wear hair nets. Pictures attached. Looks way better than it tasted. That’s for sure.

This was my first time visiting this restaurant in Douglasville.  The outside can definitely use some updating, but inside was very festive and authentically decorated. They even play authentic latin music throughout the restaurant.  It took a little while to track down our server after the initial greetings.  I think she was wearing too many hats and covering too many areas. At one point she looked like she was even behind the bar.  The menu was extensive with plenty to choose from.  I ordered the Chimichanga with rice and refried beans. Wifey ordered a grilled shrimp nachos dish.  The food was very good and reasonably priced.  Side note: the bathroom was very clean. Overall good experience. My rating is really 3.5 stars bumped up to 4 for the super clean bathroom. Next time we will explore the outside seating.

So let me start this review by saying. The food at this restaurant is phenominal. I would be a huge liar to not give them props for the delicious food at this restaurant. I came across this restaurant through DoorDash. After getting food from LA Fiesta, I noticed they were closing DOOR DASH EARLY , so I opted to drive to the restaurant and pickup a take out order. On that first visit I learned they actually do not use door dash, a different location uses Door Dash but it's like a Chain. So I still bought the food and as earlier mentioned, it was delicious 😋. That was 2021, I continued to use Door Dash after that so I was getting food from a different chain, but the food at both is Superb. The only reason for the 1-star, is related to a recent visit for takeout pickup. I found a website with a menu of theirs and placed the order. I ordered like 2 Chimichunga meals beef and two Quesidilla meals chicken. So based on the menu the price was like 8.50 and 9.50. So we're talking 50 bucks for the four, then I ordered large cheese sauce and guacamole. She said it would be $78.00. When she said that I knew something was wrong and I should have questioned it on the phone but I figured I would check on it when I arrived. When I arrived, she said that the online menu I was referring to was old and they are trying to get it offline, that the new menu is blue and some of the prices had changed. That sounded valid so I took the sauces off and just purchased the rest. I leave and I looked up the new menu, turns out a review had the menu uploaded in images. I looked for the menu combos 39 and 40 I think it was. Again the prices were different from what she quoted me. Lower than what she quoted me. I called in to speak with a manager and the lady that took the call originally I thought answered so I asked for a manager and she said she was the manager, so I thought I was not being taken seriously but whomever answered, Jerry or whomever the name was rude nasty and unhelpful. I called back again and this time the lady who took my order originally knew who I was, but she continued to tell me the menu I saw was wrong, though by this point I'd seen 2 different menus one yellow or orange and one blue, both of which had lower prices than I was charged. Look I work hard for my money, I don't ever appreciate being cheated or over charged. While the food at this restaurant is delicious Mexican Restaurants come a dime a dozen. There are definitely other great restaurants that won't cheat me. It just did not sit well with me, and me knowing that restaurants are hard to keep in business I hope it was just an honest mistake because if they become known for that it can cost them lots of customers. It's not worth the loss. Literally, I just noticed Sea Breeze which is directly across the street from them closed down due to the Pandemic and probably just too much loss and not being able to recover. They have a great product, they need to get some better skills about dealing with the customers. There's no stopping them if they do. At this time though I 'll either go to the Thornton Rd location or try Monterrey, LA Salsa, or Casa Tequila. Anyway that was...

Horrible experience!! And I didn't even purchase anything from here TY JESUS!! I had a doordash order for this place. When I pulled up it felt and looked nice until!!.... before walking up to the establishment there was a family gathered in a huddle outside looking like they just finished eating here for some odd reason they decided to call me a homo slur (even though I have 2 daughters) but being the person I am and can see the insecurities in ppl I kindly ignored them and proceed to go in to get order... upon walking in no one was there to greet me and after waiting 25 minutes of no acknowledgement I walked up a little further as if I was going to be sitting down to eat and after being loiked at and walked past 10 times (I counted just to see) which was another 20 minutes I was giving the order I'm so glad I never came here to dine place's ran like this where the workers have a forget you/ I act how I want because I know there no consequences to my actions are not worth my money it makes you think if they're willing to be this unprofessional with the services imagine what the food is like and the effort that goes...

First time trying this place. I was a bit surprised it was nearly empty on a Friday night but I prefer no crowds. There was outdoor and indoor seating with lots of booths for a bit more privacy. We were told to sit where we pleased and were quickly served with fresh, warm nachos and salsa. We also requested queso dip with jalapeños on the side. Good reggaeton music set a fun, relaxing atmosphere for a low key date night with hubby. Our drinks were well made and delicious. We enjoyed a cold, Tajin rimmed sangria and a Tajin rimmed, frozen guava margarita, which snuck up on me half way through. I highly recommend both. The steak nachos were good. The steak was well done, soft and flavorful. I would’ve preferred thicker nachos for this kind of dish and some more queso as well as red and green pepper topping to add to the overall flavor and appearance but I was okay with it. The service was great! I can’t remember the name of our server but he is a young, chubby Hispanic male. He is very attentive, friendly and informative. He gave us perfect service! I look forward to going back to try their other...
