We likely won’t go back. The young lady who took our order was great! She described the different choices to us well and helped us make selections. That’s about where the good stopped. As we went to find a seat in the empty restaurant, every table in the restaurant had crumbs of food on it. There was food on the benches, the windows and the window sills. The trash cans were full. When we arrived we were the only customers in the place. There seemed to be about six people working. 🤔
My food plate was not correct. I had asked for beans instead of meat. The beans had been omitted, so I went up with my tray. I waited a long time while the food preparation person talked to another employee. The employee who took our order was trying to get her attention and ended up waiting. It seemed quite rude to me and I stood there and waited for an extraordinary amount of time, especially for a nearly empty restaurant. When the worker did respond, she did not look at me or the other employee, she did not speak to either of us and seemed to continue her communication with the other person. She handed the food to the other employee and never even turned her head.
The restaurant was not clean and we felt like an inconvenience rather than a customer. While we were eating we noticed three employees come out to the table with their own meals, apparently on their meal break. Every restaurant I ever worked, employees were required to leave the place clean prior to breaks.

Read moreThis location is dishonest about their hours. They have 2am posted as a closing time. However, the employees ensure they can get out early by putting on an automated message in the drive thru about how I should return during normal business hours. I came at 140am. Multiple employees were still inside. I sat at the drive thru window awaiting an explanation. I asked why they were closed 20minutes early. I was told “well, our point of sale system automatically turns off” But it’s not after 2am… … … It’s LUDICROUS how no one wants to work, but I apply at the same places with management experience and am told “they’ve gone with other applicants” These businesses are failing horribly in every aspect of operation They could just lie the easier way most establishments do, about being too short staffed to be open. But this one blames the computer… a computer that is undoubtedly smarter than them…. 🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️ Btw this the same location that kept the lobby closed for over 2 years after Covid due to “staffing” Then as soon as they open up inside allegedly, other reviews are about overflowing bathroom trash cans So, rude employees, store closed during posted open business hours, not maintaining their facilities, and all the rest? I should have realized from the start to pay closer attention to my order. I ordered a diet coke and a Dr Pepper and when she hands me the drinks they were not marked. When I asked here which one was which she couldn't remember. I said no big deal we'll figure it out.
The food I ordered was several different tacos, a burrito, nachos and drinks. As I was pulling away I realized I didn't get my nachos. So I glanced over my order and thought everything else was correct. I saw the burrito, several tacos and thought I was only missing my nachos. I went inside and got my nachos. It was an honest mistake. I get home with the order and start giving everyone their orders only to find I'm also missing 2 crispy chicken tacos.
They were pretty busy but several little mistakes compounded into a not so good experience. I would have only given 1 or 2 stars except the food we got was on point...
