Do not take your electronics here. They have lost all credibility with me, those that referred me to them, management and the team that works for this location has genuinely forgotten the meaning of customer service. If you do use them just understand they will absolutely (If they see fit), lie to you about the repair, give you corporate political answers on why they can't repair it or that a part can't be found, (When I went on Google and wow so weird found the part myself.), they will say they contacted you even though you haven't heard from them in 3 weeks of dropping off the laptop. I asked why wouldn't you leave a voicemail if I wasn't available to answer and this lazy employees response was oh well that what my notes say I'm not sure why a voicemail wasn't left. What kind of response is that...
Here's the deal, they are overwhelmed, undertrained, unprofessional and don't have the decency to act like a grown adult and admit it. It a bunch of little kids trying to run a business. I had been using these guys for 8 years and given them plenty of business. Safe to say they lost quality of their work and passion for the job. Thanks for nothing ubreakitwefixit - Downey.

Read moreI came in to this store today to replace my Z fold 4 front screen because of minor cosmetic damage Elias V was the one to help me out and i have to say this was a very unpleant experience My appointment was at 3pm and was told that my phone would be finished at 6pm When i got there i was told to wait another 30 minutes because they had problems calibrating the new screen that was installed i came to check on my phone about 20 minutes in and Elias very rudely told me that he was timing the full 30 minutes and that the time was not up yet When the 30 minutes finished he then informed me that not only was he not able to install the new front screen, he also broke my old screen trying to remove it The associate was not even remorseful, but rather standoffish i came in with a fully functional phone and left with a broken unresponsive front screen I cannot stress enough that the employee was unprofessional, incompetent, and wasted my time just to break my phone i came in on thursday and their only alternative was to order a new front screen which would come the following tuesday IF THIS HAD BEEN ANY OTHER PHONE HE WOULD HAVE LEFT MY PHONE COMPLETELY USELESS AND UNRESPONSIVE Bad customer service and frankly terrible work done at...
