The theater is very nice. It definitely has a classic feeling to it while providing a lobby on the modern side, however it is still very nice. The theater is very clean and the staff are very nice. There are two issues that are minor, however. First of all, the snacks seemed to be on the expensive side, like around 20 additional dollars to the price. The other issue is that the seating is not the best. The seats are rather stiff and do not recline(which is okay). Other than that, the theater seems to be nice and clean. Another nice luxury is that it is not overly crowded at the moment, it is just a very charming little theater with friendly staff. Would recommend.

Nice old-timey little theater. Seats do not recline but are pretty comfortable anywayand they do have cup holders on the armrests. Metered parking in the area and kind of hard to get a spot. Good selection of items at the refreshment area. Two private toilets that were well maintained. We went on a Sunday afternoon and it wasn’t crowded although that may have been due to the nature of the film. Overall, not a bad place to see a film.

A Delightful Blend of History and Entertainment at Doylestown County Theatre Nestled in the heart of Doylestown, the County Theatre is not just a cinematic venue but a historical gem that provides a perfect setting for memorable moments with friends and family. Recently, I had the pleasure of visiting this local treasure to bid farewell to some dear friends who are moving away, and our experience was nothing short of fantastic.

The evening was centered around the screening of "The Holdovers," and from the moment we stepped into the theatre, it was evident that this was going to be a special night. The ambiance exuded a sense of history, as the walls seemed to whisper tales of decades gone by.

Seating was an absolute delight, with plush and comfortable chairs that made the movie-watching experience even more enjoyable. The thoughtful layout of the theatre ensured that everyone had a great view, and the sound quality was impeccable, allowing us to immerse ourselves fully in the cinematic journey of "The Holdovers."

What truly set this theatre apart, aside from the cinematic experience, was the friendly and welcoming staff. From the moment we arrived, their warm smiles and helpful demeanor made us feel like valued guests. It was evident that they take pride in providing not just a service but a genuine experience for patrons.

As a first-time visitor, I was pleasantly surprised by the unique pieces of history displayed throughout the theatre. From vintage movie posters to artifacts that spoke of the theatre's rich past, every corner seemed to tell a story. Exploring these historical treasures added an extra layer of charm to our visit, making it more than just a trip to the movies.

I left the County Theatre with a newfound appreciation for the intersection of history and entertainment. The blend of a charming atmosphere, comfortable seating, and a friendly staff made for a truly memorable evening. I am already looking forward to returning for future screenings and discovering more hidden gems within this historical haven. If you find yourself in Doylestown, the County Theatre is undoubtedly a must-visit destination for cinephiles and history...

A heartfelt thank you to the incredible non-profit organization that has poured so much love and dedication into maintaining this theater. Their tireless efforts have kept it in fantastic shape, preserving its charm and ensuring it remains a cornerstone of our community.

The Doylestown Theater is more than just a building; it's a space where memories are made, stories are shared, and our town's culture thrives. We are so fortunate to have this treasure, and I look forward to many more years of enjoying all it...

It has been YEARS since I saw movie in the County Theater. We purchased tickets online for the latest Bond movie. There were limited viewing times which is fine, I don't need a dozen showings a day. The theater is mask while not eating or drinking and most of the people watching the movie we're compliment. The concession were good, line was small and moved. The popcorn was really good. The theater itself was on the smaller side, not sure about the other theater but there were plenty of seats and none of them were bad. The County Theater was renovated recently and it looks fresh and clean. Looking forward to seeing my next show there, considering...
