Blake is flying by the seat of his pants. while he is knowledgeable about computers, he also makes mistakes and claims to have no insurance to cover his mistakes. He crashed my computer and cost me my entire client list with my own business. He lost our wedding photos. He lost all of our recipes that we were using to open a new restaurant this summer. When he returned our computer to us he didnt even tell us that he wiped the memory clean accidentally. He just handed it to us and we spent hours trying to sort out where the information went. when we called him he turned his back on us and claimed to not have any insurance except for theft. I tried to extend an olive branch and meet him half way with my losses and he was not interested in doing so even though we have a chain of emails that have him admitting that it was his driver that crashed that caused all of these problems . There is more to running a business than knowing about computers. Blake, you need to take a few lessons in ethics and business management. My wife and I will now resort to the courts to settle this...
Read moreBlake at Dtown Tech is a lifesaver! My external hard-drive crashed with lots of important work and personal documents. After contacting another major chain store with IT support, I was told it'd cost me over $1500 to send the hard-drive away in hopes that my files "might" get recovered. On a recommendation from a friend, I gave Dtown Tech a call. In less than 5 minutes, Blake had recovered my important documents, and shortly after had downloaded everything onto a zip drive. And I was shocked at how little I was charged.
Also, in the short time I was at the store I witnessed Blake assist a handful of other customers with a variety of different computer and phone problems. I was amazed at how talented he is at fixing all the different devices, and how fast and friendly the service was.

Read moreD'Town Tech was great! This is now the 2nd time I have used D'Town Tech for major computer repair, and they were great each time. The SSD drive had died on my 2015 27" iMac fusion. I brought it in to D'Town Tech and they diagnosed that it was a dead SSD in just 5 minutes. The owner, Blake, had a spare SSD that was compatible right there on hand. He showed me how labor intensive it would be to replace my dead SSD, yet despite how much time it would take, he still said he would have it done in just a couple days. And he did! The iMac is working great now - just like it did when it was new. And the repair was very reasonable from a cost standpoint.
