This could be a nice park. Normally when there is a designated off leash area for dogs people respect the on leash areas. In the couple of hours I spent there it seemed like 5-10% of dogs were ON leash outside of the designated area. The dogs have to pass right next to the playground with young children running around. The one time I was here I saw a man get charged and barked at threateningly.
